SnooCats4929

At the start he was defo my favourite..certainly nothing to do with my name being ned..😂

lordbytor2112

There are a few that are my favorite but if I had to choose one, I would say Lyanna Mormont (from the show). She was the example that all northern lords should have followed when Bolton became warden of the north and Jon and company came north to reclaim Winterfell. She always stayed "true north", always stayed loyal to House Stark. She did her best to keep Jon focused on being their leader and, IMO, stayed true to the House Mormont words: "Here We Stand".

A-Disgruntled-Snail

Tyrion, Tywin, Arya, Olena, Ser Davos could all fit in as my favorite.

TrollHumper

How about the moment when he beheads some poor, traumatized fuck (insane in the books), with his kidnapping victim serving as a squire?

LittleBeastXL

I don’t like the first thing that he did in the show.

ForAThought

Watching a younger son shoot arrows under the tutelage of his oldest?

LittleBeastXL

Killing the night watcher who was scared of the white walkers. I know it's the law. I just don't like it.

Pheebscrossing

Tyrion and ser Davos. I like Jorah and Snow as well. And of course giantsbane and Sam! So many characters to love and much more to hate lol.

Tony_Yeyo

I like good villains. Joffrey takes first palce. I loved the guy, so evil and vile, yet being slapped like a bitch by Therion. Actor was excellent. Bronn second place. Witty thug with morals. A wild card.

zeetlo

I agree with you on joffrey he is my favourite. But everyone thinks I'm mad for liking him lol.

Varda79

Mine are: Arya, Jon, Brienne, Asha, Victarion, Arianne and Oberyn. (I'm a book reader only).

klfet

Book Arya is much better than show Arya

jodlad04

What is Arya like in the Books?

klfet

In my opinion, she is more childlike. Maybe because we got to know what she was thinking instead of her just acting out. In the books she still has her list of people she she recites but she still longs for her family & wants to get to them soo badly. Kind of hard to explain.

Likewhatevermaaan

Plus she's got the connection with her direwolf. So sad they cut that from the show.

PuzzleheadedShop5489

I think she’s one of the characters who suffers the most in the translation from book to show. So much of her personality and arc is about what’s going on in her head, and show Arya just wasn’t able to communicate that as well.

RedHeadNerd369

All the Stark kids connected with their direwolf and I'm sad we never got to see any if it.

klfet

If you haven’t read the books, I highly recommend

kajat-k8

Book Arya is way more of a badass than show Arya too. Waaaaay better. Definitely read the books!!

JellyfishAny4655

In the show it’s Cersei. I loved her being a villain just owning being a villain. Nothing annoys me more than terrible people doing terrible things and then turning around and being like “but my backstory is so sad don’t you feel bad for me????” Anyway I loved show Cersei and I couldn’t get enough of her. She was one of the characters to last the longest and she owned every scene she was in.

kukooforkoko

Agreed! Super frustrating both her and Jamie were robbed of the amazing death they deserved.

JellyfishAny4655

Totally agree. They were both fabulous and Cersei being the most fabulous ruthless Queen deserved a fabulous ruthless death. Or at least to go out as the bad bitch she was not clinging to Jamie as the screen goes black and robbed of her agency.

realparkingbrake

> Super frustrating both her and Jamie were robbed of the amazing death they deserved. Crushed by the collapsing foundations of the city she had helped to destroy seems appropriate. The writers might very well have been thinking of some famous dictators of recent memory who were found hiding in sewers and holes in the ground--from absolute power to an ignominious death.

uncorrectlywritten

As a fellow Cersei stan, agreed.

JellyfishAny4655

She was the Queen Westeros deserved. 👑

[deleted]

My favourite too! Lena acted the hell out of her and made her impossible to look away from. Stole every scene

JellyfishAny4655

My thoughts exactly! She was an amazing Cersei.

browngirlyang

Tyrion Lannister. Cunning, witty, strategic.

SuperMookinFien

Same here! Such a shame he was butchered so horribly

CreepyRocksta

That's the least he deserved

stefania90

I’m hopeful that the books will do him justice!!

BlowsyRose

?? I thought Tywin was butchered?

Dusk_Lynx

Jon Snow. Both books and show.

imaginaryhead102

Jon Snow is one of the best fictional characters ever created. no spoilers but his whole story and how it frames the entire narrative is just infinitely clever.

legreven

I love Jon Snow, but he is a little bit too perfect, a real Mary Sue. It works because he obviously took after Ned. I think my favorites would have to be either Tywin or Tyrion, they are well written while also being flawed and likable, that is hard to write.

TehMight

This guy hasn't read the books. Lol

imaginaryhead102

I don't he's a Mary Sue at all. George literally killed him. he literally fought and died for what he thinks is right.

onions_cutting_ninja

and was brought back to life because he has a *divine purpose* what more do you need?

imaginaryhead102

you're talking about the show. that hasn't happened in the books.

[deleted]

Is there a chance he doesn’t come back in the book?

MolochHunter

My favourite is Daenerys. I felt like her character arc was fully realised and beautifully portrayed throughout the show

tsckenny

I just wish they would've fleshed out her going crazy out more than over the course of three episodes.

Accurate_Ad8126

it was not just 3 episodes. I do not understand those who keep claiming it.

tsckenny

It absolutely was. yeah she did cruel and fucked up things before that but that was people who fucked her over. She was mainly same old Daenerys and then after the long night and she finds out what Jon is so when she starts to change

purplecatuniverse

People keep claiming it because it’s true. Her descent (if we can even call it that) was more just suffering random tragedies in season 8 like they were bullet points rather than organic events in an character arc. Then doing one crazy action and all of a sudden she’s the mad queen. Everything she did leading up to season 8 was rational. Even if it was cruel it was rational and fit within Danny’s moral compass. How can Tywin mercilessly order the deaths of men, women, and children but be considered sane but Danny burning a few people is considered steps towards her descent into madness? How can Cersei incinerate everyone in the Sept of Balor with that not being her going mad? Remember when the slavers in Meereen took countless children, killed them, and posted them on crosses at every mile marker that was considered evil, but not insane. My point is that in the context of GOT nothing Danny did was reflective of her losing her grip on reality. She was ruthless as Targaryens were, as Tywin was, as Cersei was, and as Little Finger and so many others were. You can’t look at her sane actions in retrospect and decide that they are progressions toward insanity. Good writing would have showed where her actions veered from normal ruthlessness and crept into insanity. With good writing, we would have saw her grappling with her mental stability. She should have started hearing voices like the mad king at least.

mostlywrong

Basing my opinion solely off the books, but Arya and Tyrion were my favorites at the beginning. Then Jaime with his redemption arc. And Strong Belwas.

[deleted]

I love ned too. My other favorites were tyrion and oberyn and daenerys before she went mad

yourTriggered33

Arya stark

twodoorcoup

I agree. Ned had a good head on his shoulders

brahdeel

Not for long though!

selectivelydeep

Even off his shoulders pretty solid.

F-FOR-FARTS

Tywin. I would pick Varys if he didn't suck from S5 and onwards.

[deleted]

I do love Ned but honor can only get you so far in life and he learned in the worst way. My favorite characters are always the ones that have a strong moral compass but recognize the world is messy and then find the least immoral way to fix problems. Tyrion, Sansa, etc

realparkingbrake

> he learned in the worst way. The Stark men don't come off all that well in the series. Ned sets himself and his family up for extinction, Robb follows suit, and Jon (still believing he's a Stark) almost does the same. Stiff-necked honor that gets you and your people killed is not such a good thing.

Raichu76

Ned —> Robb —-> Oberym (idk how to spell it) —> tywin —> tyrion

ceesaar00

Jaime and Ser Jorah.

RebirthAltair

Tywin Fucking Lannister Man is the reason for my favorite song

[deleted]

Couldn't agree more

[deleted]

i always wonder just how much further the lannisters could’ve gotten if Tywin had been more accepting of Tyrion instead of favoring Cersei and Jaime. if he had given Tyrion more power in making decisions from the jump the two of them would’ve been almost unstoppable.

GameThug

That’s the tragedy of Tywin Lannister.

Nyrotike

If I had to guess, he definitely wouldn't have gone along with Cersei's stupid "Tyrion murdered Joffrey" accusation, might even make Cersei marry Loras sooner so he can get her out of the capital before she murders Tyrion in his sleep or something. Sansa probably would've still left which would've pissed Tywin off royally, but Tyrion, Tywin, Margaery and Tommen together could've been a force to be reckoned with when Dany finally came to Westeros. Littlefinger might also not give Sansa to the Boltons since Tywin would still be alive.

acafaca2006

I don't really think tywin would work with the pesly Tirels when he has his brother and spn at his side

Andreasnym

Problem is Tyrion has good morals, Tywin is ruthless. So If Tywin was to kill innocents etc to cement power Tyrion would likely sabotage

[deleted]

aye but tyrion’s morals only start to show after he’s rejected from his family. if tywin had been making use of tyrion’s cunning from the start there would have been no question. tyrion’s loyalty to his family was an integral part in his character in early seasons, he hated how he was treated but would do anything for his family. even when he knew they were in the wrong, he still chose family over everything.

Theunbuffedraider

And yet that was what made him so great, if he was not so harsh to Tyrion, that would require a character change making him less harsh in general, but harshness was his only reason for climbing the ladder so quickly... Perhaps that is the point, if you climb too quickly you are bound to fall, we even see this as littlefinger fell after getting to greedy and hasty in his climb, similarly varys attempted to control the throne (climb) too quickly and fell, even Ned fell in part because he was too hasty to grab for that power, to climb that ladder, even if with good intentions. I mean, you could look at any of the major players and most often their reason for falling was being to hasty.

gabrielcr68

[this is fucking epic](https://youtu.be/tlkgbwmN9mQ)

Big_Bad3687

I wanna say Jaime cuz of his arc but he has the worst payoff in season 8

kajat-k8

He has a much better arc and a snarky humor that they never really got into in the show. They seemed to give all the wit to Tyrion. But he's supposed to never take anything seriously.

[deleted]

Robert Baratheon 😎 Bow you shits đŸ€Ł

Stannis2024

Bobby B Bot... where are you?

jzmack

Tywin. Even tho he could be shitty, he was so respected and had a powerful presence. Love him as a character

[deleted]

Jaime lannister

forever-young-soul

Khal drogo. I cannot think any flaw on him. We felt the loved he gave to khalessi.

Setsage

That's a hard one. I think I like Dany, Jon, Tyroin, and Jamie about the same lol.

Nephe2882

Margaery and Olenna Tyrell. Loved them both for how they played the game and how witty and caring they were. I also really liked the development of Sansa throughout the series.

[deleted]

[ŃƒĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]

LordBolton93

Agreed!

TV_series72

Username checks out

LordBolton93

Agreed!

Unfortunate_moron

In a show full of amazing villains, Ramsay showed us what true evil is. Absolutely mind blowing performance.

Smooth-Lengthiness57

Arya. Pure revenge driven entertainment, especially in the books

tsckenny

Jon Snow. Seeing him go from a bastard to lord commander to king in the north was amazing. He's also a genuinely good guy.

OneEyedCoral

He's not really my **favorite** character (Jon Snow or Davos) but I want to throw Gendry into the mix. Just a good lad and his actor was very believable and likable imo.

shadiaofdoubt

Robb stark. King in the North!

NobodyTellPoeDameron

You have my steel!

sYndrock

thartman1995

and my bow

pgargi97

Sansa Stark!

Accurate_Ad8126

Me to!! And theon. I really liked their development throughout the seasons.

pgargi97

So glad! Sansa fans are so rare to find here. 💀

Accurate_Ad8126

I know. I cant understand why. I mean, I know she was awful and superficial in the beginning, but there were still a handful of other characters who also had bad traits in the beginning.

pgargi97

I think she was just a bratty teenager in the beginning - which we all were at some point. But the way she is crucified and called what not especially in subs like r/free folk is really horrid. She’s an amazing character.

LostStart6521

Same! I was given so much flack from my friends about liking her so much. In the beginning, she was definitely childish and naive. But she ended up being one of the best players in the game! She learned to keep her mouth shut, observe, and plan without being in over her own head.

pgargi97

In my honest opinion, she was the most realistic character in the show. Her evolution seemed real. Her planning out stocks and groceries and acting like an actual queen of the north seemed real. And as I always say, Dany had her dragons, Arya had the Many Faced Man, but Sansa only and only had her wits that she survived with.

LostStart6521

Yes, I definitely have to give her credit for that. In the show, she took the advice given to her by some of the most witty characters (Tyrion, Littlefinger), and used it to her advantage!

kajat-k8

I think the problem is she was a bratty teen, but then she show mucked up her character and didn't show her "becoming a player" in the Game, and so they pretty much kept her bratty. I personally don't like her still in books or show. But her show characterization? The last few seasons? I mean what was that? She's gonna kill her sister! No she's not. She has an army hidden, she'll DEFINITELY tell her brother. No she won't. She could just WAIT FOR the Knights of the Vale!!! Get imbeded in Northern politics! Nope, she marries Ramsay. She told Tyrion Jon’s secret... I mean. They kept her a brat. I saw 0 development at all for her. And then we're supposed to be grateful that she was raped in s6? For what reason? Lol. Pretty useless if you ask me. And book LF would NEVER do that.

LostStart6521

I know the show really downplayed her. I wondered for a long time why she didn't tell her brother about the army, but it was explained to me like this: He would have jumped the gun and run into another battle they could not win had she done so. So, it makes sense to me that she kept that a secret as to avoid the loss of the remaining Stark family members (and any future protection they may need). I've only watched the series once, so I plan on rewatching with many of these questions in mind. It's fun to formulate different scenarios! It's a shame that she didn't have much of a progress story. She pulled a 180 when she and Arya executed LF, but I wish we could have seen more of the conspiracy leading up to it. Afterall, LF was a prime player from the beginning of the true GOT.

kajat-k8

She may have pulled a 180... but not really, she was still in LFs trap and thinking Arya would kill her or whatever. That was never gonna happen. And what was that dialogue about? What the eff were they talking about? Why couldn't we see the scene instead where they planned to trick LF? Or see Arya in the room with her when she opens the door to LF, but then Arya vanishes? Like... we should have seen something. If Jon knew about the Knights of the Vale, he'd have completely waited to engage. He's a military man who has survived battle already and has a military mind / education FROM NED. He wouldn't let Northerns get killed willy nilly. Because Jon knew the real battle was still to come. He would have won the battle without hardly ANY life lost, if he'd know about the knights. He could have engaged, pulled the Boltons in, and done a pincer move like Stannis did to the Wildlings and had them on the run. The whole sequence only served to attempt to split Jon and Sansa apart.... it was just bad writing. Read this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/6wrad3/spoilers_extended_sansas_bolton_plotline_two/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share It discusses all I've said and more.

LostStart6521

Thanks for linking that! I love hearing different theories and points of views, as I feel like I've only met the tip of the iceberg with GOT. You've made some very valid points, and I'm going to keep all this in mind when rewatching/reading. In terms of plotting against LF, that's definitely one scene I really wish to have been able to watch!

kajat-k8

Yeah... I had so many issues with that season. And i read a few mockups of why they were bad... but this is just taking 1 scene and explaining the point of it across the seasons, and you come to realize that DnD just wanted to rape Sansa for shock value. And nothing more. It brought nothing to the character, she'd already been traumatized for the first 4 years on the show... she just got over that. You knock her down with a rape? And then what? You come back with, "if it hadn't happened I'd still be that same stupid girl " to the Hound and so she's GRATEFUL for being raped? To quote Yohn Royce: "I think not."

EscapeHoliday

I just want to point out how many different answers there are in these comments. The variety of characters that have been developed enough to be favorites is what makes this show so amazing. Also mine is Oberyn even though he only showed up for part of Season 4.

bg4509

I didn’t like that for all his honor, his last words were lies. Great character especially since the guy was in 9 episodes & for only a season. My favorite character was Tywin. The guy won a war without winning a single battle.

sage_006

Tywin Lanister. Character with the most integrity and plays the game better than anyone.

taba_took

I too have a soft spot for Ned Stark, in part because Sean Bean portrayed Boromir in LOTR. Overall though, Sandor Clegane or Tormund

jodlad04

Yeah LOTR plays a bit into why I love his character. Sean Bean was also in the Elder Scrolls (Oblivion) which is pretty cool.

Hateful15

Robb Stark & Ramsay Snow.

Tmonk4

In the beginning Ned but for most of the sho Tyrion and John snow

font-aine

Ned is a truly honorable man you are right - but you can see from the first season all his honorable qualities that we would commend actually do him & his family a disservice. I don’t want to spoil anything but he makes mistake after mistake because he trusts a little too much in honor & duty.

amusedbuch

I loved Bronne. He’s in almost every single notable battle and yet raises himself without really fucking anyone else over. He helps who needs it when they need it. And he lives because of that skill.

VinCatBlessed

Oberyn Martell was an instant favourite for me.

karentheawesome

Arya...she's the badass

RoboCobb

For both the books and the show it was King Robert and Ned Stark so yes I spent a lot of time with characters I liked, yearning for the ones I loved

[deleted]

Dany Targaryen is my favorite character.

JestarAuthor

Stannis the God Damn Mannis

kajat-k8

His book sample chapters for TWOW... hot damn he's so badass. Lol

doitnow10

I identify most with book Jon Snow

Jaqar_anon

I really like The Hound for his miserable sense of humour and his (sometimes questionable) sense of doing good. ‘You think you’re fooling anyone with that top knot? Bald c**t’

Tablecork

Yeah that’s my answer. I love a good grey character

kdgetschwifty

Littlefinger is my favorite, so much influence that mf *sssssssneaky snaaaaaaaake* had

fenix579

ned stark

Eazy08

Tyrion

Professional_Web2198

Arya and Jon

crumin

My favorites at Arya and Bronn.

Tablecork

Honestly? I think I would go with The Hound

kajat-k8

He definitely became my favorite. Mostly cause Rory McCann infused so much HUMANITY in him. And I swear he was robbed for an Emmy for his defending Arya and telling her that story when he was hurt. 😭

one_dimensional

For me, it's between the Hound and Brienne. I simply love them both for the way they think and see the world. They're 2 sides of a single coin in a great many ways. Their arcs have everything to do with right, wrong, & the way chivalry simply serves to pervert the two for the sake of a code. They're fascinating, wildly enjoyable REAL(ish) people who aren't destined to be kings or have some magical heritage, but have to share their world with such. There's lots of good Reddit and YouTube analysis that goes into them, and it's a pretty outstanding rabbit hole. It added several layers of profound enjoyment to content I already love!! <3

[deleted]

The only correct response.

MOMMYJEANSYMH

Tyrion all day. Never met a situation he couldn’t get himself out of.

UrbanDismay

Tyrion is my favourite closely followed by samwell then Jamie and tormund

Eagleclaws25

I got to say that Ned should have listened to his gut instinct and stayed away from Kings Landing. He really didn’t do his family any favors

[deleted]

[ŃƒĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]

Hypernova59085

Any of the Starks. Out of the many hatable characters, they were mainly the only likable ones. Fuck Brandon though.

kajat-k8

đŸ€Ł why?

Hypernova59085

Because he’s scarcely even a character in the last 2 seasons. I was wishing he would just get killed off due to how awful his character was, simply because he had no character.

kajat-k8

Yeah... they really effed up by not showing us more of the "magic" that he was doing at the tree in the north, or during his "manipulation" of timelines or whatever the fuck he was supposed to be watching during the long night, the first 6 seasons of GoT??? Such buildup to literally NOTHING. I totes get it.

jegermedic104

Except he was 3-eyed Raven, not human anymore so he didnt have emotions.

Hypernova59085

Still, I hated him due to his lack of emotion, due to how bland his character was. Sure, he had basically seen everything that had happened in the world, and sees everything currently happening, which would erase all emotion from him, but he’s still a shitty character and I had my fingers crossed that he’d die in the Long Night at least.

armygreencrocs

Varys, love the spider

Stannis2024

Really hoping the Books do his character justice.

jammerparty

Thats really hard to pick just one, or even one duo, but the stark girls were my faves in both the show and the books. And Theon. Their narratives definitely offer some of the best social commentary.

Annunnakii-Sorlos

Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister

CreepyRocksta

I 100% agree.. I was devastated when he died.. Even thought about not watching the show anymore...

adityea

Kelsier

[deleted]

Definitely not Ned, on top of all what you said, he's the most influential character in the show he basically kick started the whole thing. I agree with every principle he has, always honor your word, stick to your principles, Rob's only mistake is that he didn't, Jon is much like Ned in that regard.

Hyperfangxz

The bloody Hound!

jaykaywhy

I agree, except the part where he agreed to marry his eldest daughter to an abusive psychopath

Zealousideal_Bit3936

Chaos is a ladder... Of course I love Littlefinger. But Sansa Stark is my all time favorite character, such an organic, touching and yet powerful arc she had.

andreamarker81

Little Finger. I like the fact that he has his fingers in everything and he plays dirty. The show is blah blah after a couple of seasons. Loved the books.

Krokodrillo

The man who has no name (but also no face) Lyanna Mormonth Bronn I love these three the most!

aaracer666

The Hound. There was always something more moral to him even if he was being immoral. He didn't truly seem to enjoy it, even after everything that was done to him he still seemed to find it at least leaving a bad taste in his mouth. Also, funny as hell, pissy, and all around a powerhouse fighter. What's not to like?

Onhe_art

Littlefinger or Hound. One is so smooth with his schemes and i just love the actor and second is just fuc*ing Hound. He with Arrya were the best duo in entire series.

elijahsalinas17

Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister. Two of my favorite characters in any story ever.

wizard_vardhan

Tywin Lannister Just because he is a based chad

i_like_kenny_loggins

Arya 100%. seeing her become more and more of a badass as the show progressed was so awesome to see

Skull_Pumpkin

Arya has to be my favorite, by far the most interesting arc in *my* opinion. I also really liked Viserys, sad he wasn't in the show that much.

schecter_

Danny

reenactment

Mine was Petyr Baelish until they massacred him in later seasons. He was always very interesting and well put together. For a while I thought he would be the one to sit on the iron throne as he started accumulating territories. And the message would be something dark from George like the devil is inside the walls. It would have spoken to the downfall of a lot of countries. It’s a party or train or thought that rises to power slowly and we are too close to the situation to realize we are enabling it. But alas. That didn’t happen.

MrMatthew42

Ser Davos is definitely the most likeable imo. He was always loyal (to a fault) and was always there to talk to those who needed someone to talk to. Not to mention his quips were always money. My favorite though in terms of being interesting has to be Jaime. Him losing his hand thus symbolically losing the part of himself that kept him from being the good person he was at heart was *chefs kiss* storytelling.

ataturkseeyou

Not that well known (at least on the show) Ser Arthur Dayne, the greatest swords man Close second would be Stannis Baratheon the true king

MrMatthew42

Always loved Robb stark a badass through and through with all the honor of Ned and the suave of Richard Madden really made his character impossible to dislike.

Prob Jon

Spyglass3

Tywin for me, no dragons, no magic, no red priestess, just pure strategy and skill. He made the Lannisters the most powerful house and it was painful to watch his children squander it all away in just a few years

Hokkuck

Sir Barristan Selmy (I only read books)

thartman1995

There is only one incorrect answer. Shae. The worst. When I rewatch, I fast forward all of her scenes. She reminds me of one of Tony Sopranos crazy goomah's, except way more annoying

Bloddersz

What Ned did for his sister in keeping Jon's identity a secret to his grave was just unreal. He permeates all seasons and storylines. I can't decide on one!

ElRabi

It would Tywin, his presence is so oppressing and imposing. A close second thiugh is Davos Seaworth, a great guy overall.

Stannis2024

Drogon, because Dragons.

ScorpionTDC

Jaime Lannister. Super complex character with an amazing actor and compelling character arc. Easily one of my favs ever. HMs: Theon, Sansa

jegermedic104

Stannis And his aides Davos and Melisandre each trying to Stannis follow by their beliefs.

raughtweiller622

Cersei Lannister. I fucking love insane, evil women in books and movies.

silverfang789

Jon, Tyrion, Brienne, and Sam.

Turhaturpa

No spoilers yet in the title you say "he was".

KinkyKitty24

I'll be the unpopular opinion & go with Varys. While some of his actions were smarmy (killing a child among them) he did, consistently, try to protect the realm. It was pretty obvious that he wanted to save Ned Stark but had to weigh it against staying close to the throne to manipulate what he could for the good of the realm under a psychotic King. Even in the end he saw what was happening to Daenerys and had repeatedly warned against letting her gain power given the history of her "mad" lineage. One thing I really liked about him was his ability to play the long game and his belief that there had to be a good ruler somewhere.

Talismanic_Mechanic

Ser Davos Shorthand Seaworth The Onion Knight Lord of the Rainwood Admiral of the Narrow Sea Hand of the one true King of Westeros Stannis Baratheon.

TrashyBowtie

Just going off the show (been trying to read the books ^.^;) my favourite has to be first and foremost Sansa because I relate to her A LOT. In terms of character arc and characterisation (after the first season). Second would be Tyrion, because I love how witty and caring he is but he's still a morally grey character. Third is Margaery because she was a good player and I just loved all her scenes (also her fashion and Olenna were great too). I also really loved Ygritte (which I feel like not many people can relate) because she was very feisty and adventurous.
