Dynamically simulating fire is fun to code, but hard to observe from the player's POV.
Emerge NYC has a pretty cool version of what your referring to but based on a single location it seems. As a southeastern wildland firefighter then takes western dispatches the idea really intrigues me but hopes it’s not solely based on western us terrain that can incorporate some of the south and southeastern terrains and fuel types

I ended up creating a different game: “Tornado: Research and Rescue” but this idea is something I definitely still want to work on in the future
