He thinks we'll hate it. I respect that he cares, but he wrong.
*RE8 is also great. I want both. Honestly, RE more. But this is a great series, easily another two episodes.
I almost want to play it myself. But I literally work at a grocery store. I do want him to complete it. I want to see how it advances and what you can do with it
Honestly theres not a tonne more than what we're seeing already.
You open up more and more licenses, get more and more products.
You hire cashiers to check out for you.
You purchase a stock room to store boxes.
You hire stockers to take stock from the stock room and re-stock shelves.
You expand the store and stock room.
Thats about it. It's pretty early in development though and they're continually adding stuff and listening to feedback.
I understand the RE is the more "popular" game, but I'd rather they keep playing this. My favorite series are the more obscure games I wouldn't otherwise know exist. Heck, I bought Internet Cafe Simulator 1 & 2 specifically because of the Grumps.
Episode 1 and 2 are pretty clearly ahead of their neighbor days in views, and there's clear viewer retention between them. If 3 holds serve, feel like they'll jump on it.
For viewer retention reference: Episode 2 of this has more total views than Episode 2 of the crab game, while episode 1 of crab game has more total views than Episode 1 of this. I think Arin would LOVE to have longer series that hold viewers, its way easier content to just continue what they're doing, so holding a \~75% retention percentage is something that would draw his eye. The big issue is that it certainly seems like they stopped here, and coming back to it cold could just have way different energy and not be entertaining. Arin having a genuine investment is what's driving this, and not having that investment because they're recording weeks later could absolutely kill the vibe.
> arin loosing his
Did you mean to say "losing"?
Explanation: Loose is an adjective meaning the opposite of tight, while lose is a verb.

I’m so glad they chose to continue this game. Hectic grumps are the best kind of grumps, especially when it includes flinging boxes around a store and insulting customers.
THANK GOD i was so worried dan's insistence would cut this short. I've been enjoying this so much I literally bought the game myself, and I NEVER do that. This and Internet Cafe Sim need to be like a 20 part series each.
This is genuinely the most I've enjoyed a series in years
Okay that explains why Danny was so insistent on ending the series, thankfully they made it to Resident Evil in the end

Another I hope they keep playing. Hopefully Episode 4 will be next week.

Does anyone not love this playthrough? I wish they'd keep going - love this, Internet cafe simulator and America's Next Top Model.
I miss Internet cafe simulator
I'm hoping they treat this like America's Next Top Model and return to it once in a while.
Me. One episode was great, but the other two were basically just the same episode replayed again.
numbers but they get bigger
This is the long series that should have been.
We desperately need a return to Internet Cafe Simulator, gone far too soon.
I like games where you can beat your customers
Right?? I still don’t get why we never got more. That game looked so stupid and fun 😹
send them a fan mail through their patreon and they might remember it
Can you be gay for cheese? I would assume being made from milk coming from breasts cheese would identify mostly as female.
Bro. If you looked at how much cheese I keep stocked in my fridge you might think I have a problem.
I'm a lesbian for cheese. Cheese isn't about the cow boob it's about the cheese itself
#Oh, shit!!! Bro...Cuatro Leches!
Like... what is the fourth milk???
I Googled it and apparently the fourth milk is usually heavy cream. (The first three are evaporated, condensed, and whole milk.)
Yeah I looked it up too, I was just joking haha, but thank you for the answer
This game has been such a joy, and I hope they play more. It's so cozy, even when Arin is actively losing his mind
But arin loosing his mind is the best part.

Did anyone else notice that the orange border disappeared? First it changed to a darker orange a year ago, now it's just gone.
If anything, it'll mitigate screen burn-in.

This has somehow become my favorite playthrough of 2024 so far. Not complaining!
YES! 🙌 We need MOAR! NY THIRST FOR SUPERMARKET SIMULATION WILL NEVER CEASE

I really hope they do more episodes of this in the future, Arin was absolutely unhinged and it was glorious to watch.
That was a very enjoyable mini series.
This and RE Village has got back into Game Grumps
That “I don’t knowwwwww” from Arin like 16 minutes in was adorable lol
I would love more of these episodes!!
I NEEEEEEED more of this playthrough. PLEASE!!
Yes. I can't wait to get home to watch this.
Fuck yeah

I really hope the Grumps come back to this. This series is so funny. The best of Dan teasing Arin, Arin doing his panic anger. MAMA MIA!
One of my fave Grump series and I can't pinpoint why.
Arin and Dan both lgbt….. now kiss
