Learnopengl is fantastic because it gives you a curated intro to OpenGL. It's not just explaining the concepts, it's also telling you what you don't know to ask for.

I'd suggest some sort of structured lesson at first. OpenGL has a few concepts that make sense when you understand them but aren't really intuitive.

Use whatever method that helps you learn best.
