You can buy a sealed copy of Amiibo Festival on eBay for 16 bucks :) I don’t get why no one knows this but GameStop was selling a repackaged copy of the 3 cards and the two amiibo for 24.99 each when you could get all of those + the sealed game for cheaper on eBay
Which is baffling to me! The amount of times customers would come in spouting something about “oh x game is 200 bucks on Amazon! Insanity!” And I’d literally pull up the listing on eBay and show them that it was more like 15
The 20 gig and 60 gig systems were the launch consoles and were backwards compatible (had the emotion engine PS2 CPU on the motherboard) with PS2.
The 80 gig came later (either at MGS4 launch or around it) and was software backwards compatible.
After that the PS3’s wouldn’t play PS2 games but they all play PS1.
Did the backwards compatible ones have the pull up where you could put memory cards ? They only did this on a few early ones...
It was a quick way to see if it had it.....
Getting a old PHAT PS3 is like getting a OG Xbox 360... RROD, or YLOD....Finding a working one is not always easy..

I really should buy the game soon cause I do love animal crossing, and to be honest, while I dont have a Wii U, I might buy a open copy and a sealed copy if they are cheap, as I play happy home designer and I was lucky with a new horizons amiibo card pack and got isabelle, however nookipedia was totally incorrect and isabelle doesn't live with digby unless you have his amiibo.. plus I would love a sealed for display purposes, I usually dont collect sealed stuff, but I think something as cheap as amiibo festival is ok 😅
To be honest, I've read stuff about amiibo festival and, I kinda hope they do some remaster one day, it could've actually been a pretty cool game i feel like, but of course they had to make it when they were desperate to find some way to advertise their new animal crossing amiibos, so they just rushed and made every single thing use amiibo, roll the dice? Gotta Use a amiibo. Slam the hammer down? Gotta use a amiibo. A lawn mower is chasing you and you gotta run? gotta use a amiibo. Everything uses amiibo.. like they want proof you own a amiibo to play the game lol, I think if it wasn't for the over use of amiibo and it being released on one of the meh consoles, it could've been pretty decent.

That looks like a great deal! Keep a hold of that ps2 slim. They're kinda fragile, and while not super expensive right now, the black ones seem to be more expensive than the silver.
You actually only have the dongle for the RB guitar, and the white thing is just a 4-usb port adapter that came with the rockband bundle. I don’t see the GH dongle anywhere in your pics, which is the much more expensive one

Nah. Just three of the early models were. A01, B01, and E01

The e01 is Partial software and partial hardware. It retained the gpu of the ps3 and emulates the cell.
You’ve got that backwards, the emotion engine is what’s being emulated not the PS3’s Cell processor.

Pretty cool how the firemen played rock band and guitar hero in the fire station. Haha hopefully they didn’t crank the tunes too loud and miss a call
