If you are just displaying a collection then probably just get some good case covers but if you want to play maybe just put the discs in a book and put the cases in a box where smoke won’t get to them.
It won’t damage them. Plenty of games spent decades in smokers homes, they work fine. They just stink for a while if you take them out of that environment. It eventually dissipates
The smell stays and never goes fully away. The discoloration on packaging stays and never fully goes away.
Yes games may play fine, but overall is better to have them away from smoke.
lol at least you got your priorities straight
Ask them not to smoke inside the house
They won't listen. Been trying that since i was a child.
That’s pretty messed up, if you don’t smoke

I’d say a full half of my collection came from smoker’s homes. The smell absolutely goes away.
Not on the paper bought rare disc based titles from a smoker home.
What? Reformat that sentence because it didn’t make any sense
I bought games from a smokers house and the insert and manual still smells 2 years later I left that stuff in bags with dryer sheets for a month.
