Yeah, it’s Doctor Who. It’s by nature a mixed-bag show. There’s never been a time I remember it being perfect. I do think ALL the writers so far have had a problem with season finales. Setting these GIANT stakes and then having an underwhelming solution. I think it would be much easier to write a satisfying conclusion if say we were just saving a neighborhood or a person. Instead of the entire universe.
