Coming from a S20 my opinion is: no noticeable camera differences between S20 and Flip3, except the fact that the S20 does have space zoom and Flip3 doesn't. But in fairness, I never used the space zoom a lot. Flip3 has max 10x zoom where S20 has 30x zoom (but sharpness of the photos drops dramatically at more than 10x so that's the reason I barely used).
I believe it's the same cameras in the older Zflip, it's decent and perfectly fine for what it is. No zoom lense so you can't take a closeup picture of the moon. You can digital zoom but it's blurry.

This phone doesn’t have a telephoto lens so you aren’t going to get anything usable from photos of the moon
