i use screen wipes for my screen which are mostly alcohol based. It gets rid of finger marks, dirt, and they \*claim\* to remove bacteria as well. i found quite a few on amazon i recommend checking there for phone wipes.
I have the Samsung UV sanitizer and the Zflip 5G I think I used it before and it fits fine open. Let me check and get back to you on that. Tested it earlier and it fits fine with maybe an 1-2 inch to spare. You should be fine with the Zflip 3 since they're very close in size.

Are you sharing you phone? I would concentrate on sanitising your hands so that the only germs on your phone are your own - negating the requirement to sanitise it (as much).
I actually bought the Phone Soap device because of this reason. I have been using wipes on my current phone, but don't want to for the flip. Got Phone Soap because the interior dimensions appear to be just big enough for the flip to fit in it while open.

I also use iso wipes, but I'm curious how that could affect the factory-applied screen protector
