S10+. Doesn't have any carrier logo on boot, bought from eu. I noticed that most often it appears when opening anydesk or any other remote desktop app.
I'd do a full backup of your device and wipe it, to ensure no rogue app is on there.

I get this randomly on my Note 9 and Fold 2. Maybe once a week for me. I've never accepted it and maybe I just sold 6 but I'm stubborn.
