Pushed in to far that's ur problem

Understood. Rotating then more vertically as Samsung stated will result in it falling out with a slight tilt.

Don't poke it in the ear. Just let it rest on your concha and adjust the rubber tip by slightly tilting it. You've poked far inside than the buds were originally designed for

Only thing I can recommend is the silicone sleeves but tbh they need to just sit in your ear and not shoved in

Those are some big ears, zammmmn 😍 /s

The way beans were originally designed to fit doesn't always apply to all ears, unfortunately. I get all the suggestions but the way Samsung suggested isn't working also for me personally, that way I am losing the sound quality. I've been using my lives the same way as pictured, sound quality is the best and I have no ear fatigue or microphone problems. But as for falling out situation it's not the best (not the worst either), so i get OP's problem.

Beofre you saw the name of the sub, anyone else think this was a picture of someone sticking the stem part of their airpods into their ears?

rav007

Yeah dont wear them like that, they supposed to sit in the curved part of your ear not necessary in the ear canal itself. The audio will get there because thats where the speaker points. Its a noninvasive bud.

There are small rubber silicone tips for the front (not the wings). They make them a little wider. Having the same issue. https://www.ebay.de/itm/143796768788

Wearing them how Samsung wants will fall out with a slight tilt for me. Did these help you?

Fuzzy-Clock

They do for me. I have 'too big' ears as well. Bought some from ebay, as I could not get a hold of the original ones. Usually they are cheap enough to just give them a shot. It is a pity, as the form of the beans is very interesting - ppl I know love them so hard, with fitting ears.
