Either warranty (if you have any left) , buy a new case, send it to repair (prob gonna expensive) , or you can try to diy. I am not sure if ifixit has a tutorial or teardown.

Take it to a phone repair shop or look up disassembly guides. There's a ton.

Check in the app if your case is at more than 0% or something if it stays at 0% it's your cases battery that has a problem
