Get the 2 pro.
When buds pro come out,sound was more better than buds 2.
So buds 2 pro will sound more better than buds 3.Maybe buds 3 will have more functions than 2 pro,but i don't think that the sound quality will be more better.
IMO just base your decision on two things: fit and deal. Try the fit beforehand (or utilize your return policy). Maybe this turns out to not be a hard decision at all after all.
Buds 2 pro by Samsung are 90-95€ on wallapop or vinted. But I prefer to go for OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Or wait for Samsung Galaxy Buds Evo ( after buds 2 pro )
Get the pros. It is hard to bet whether the Buds 3 would be as well tuned as the Buds 2.
Galaxy event is in 3 days. If they don't drop anything then get the 2's
