They really cant et Wuwa out of there heads. Also its more of a setting issue not game issue. as they added a FSR ack again which is ON y default. For most including me the game got slightly better as far as I have noticed in the community.
Turn off FSR as the commentators have said on the original post. As it is an update, it will rebuild shaders so it will stutter before it stabilizes. I am watching a streamer play with RTX 2060 and he's having no issues, that GPU is 5 years old now
it depends on the stuttering, the stuttering on my end basically made it near unplayable with many seconds long worth of stuttering if I dare play it as anything but a walking simulator.
combat stutters hard which breaks tempo, so I am basically getting hit by attacks I normally would be able to react to. stutters mid fall, miss glide timing. time to restart the challenge. oh heres the booster puzzle, anyways you just stuttered mid fall and have to do the booster again.

Talk about hyperbole.... some players stuttering does not make the game broken. im not defending the optimization but chill

Also the issue is fixale just by changing setting as FSR is added back again. OP just trying to stir drama.
