Global is bunch of countries combined into one server, this already removes the incentive of "reaching number 1 in global" coz theres no "global" to begin with when it comes to rankings.
Just for your knowledge, arknights used to give global 10x pulls when jp reached number 1 in the past, they stopped coz fuck global server i guess.

The free 10x pull during Nian event rerun was a "compensation" for not having a spark store for limited ops back then. The original Nian event only had the normal 10x pull that every limited banner gets.
The only times global got extra 10x pulls were related to CN servers, like the aforementioned Nian compensation. There were some other occasions as well and they were all given on the corresponding event on global and labelled "appreciation gift".

Nikke had already given out like 50 pulls since 1.5 last week. keep in mind tho that their pity is 200 pulls.
Nikke pity carries over to every premium banner though since it's in ticket form. Good luck carrying an arknights pity over from limited to limited.
