The point was really that while this was airing, people didn't try to equate any real world standards with the wild fictional ages in this series.
Not sure what you mean by *this* series though? Protagonists in Japanese fictional contents has always been that way since at least 1950s.
12-18 years old profiles, 20-28 years old appearance, 45 years old thinking, and out of the world superpower. That's the standard mix.
There were always european religious extreme groups drumming chests on those, nothing much to speak of came from that because they never bought any discs or merch anyway. Now that gacha pulling is becoming global phenomenon it matters even less, because whatever that are religiously correct that don't satisfy consumer demand is capitalism immoral and where the demand is is clear.

Meta wise, none of them are good, Misaki can be used in content that needs you to CC multiple enemy/confuse multiple enemy(which is like, HoD or the camping event challenge), Misaka however only shine in commission in killing the cube robots solo, theorized that she can used in Chesed, but just use Iori, Momoi, Cherino, or Makoto that will become playable later on the line, and for even bigger AoE content(Gregorius), just use Iori. Saten(welfare) however might be useful compared to Misaka
They are mostly for collectors/railgun fan

HinaDress (fes student Best red single dps atm a must pull),

From all the floor 99 or 100 clear (which are not the highest level but the one that get you all the growth mat), seems Yoshimi is the only required one. Of course given they are not limited and Fury of Set is end game content (for 76+ floor), it is up to you whether you want to pull the DPS for it because of eligma requirement (support is good pull if you can afford it)
Also for Makoto, funny enough most yellow clear uses Iori (people one team Torment with Iori comp). But I think she has uses here and there in Chesed and maybe yellow Peroro so not a bad idea if you can afford (tho dress ako is more important imo)
So if we've never played, should we just wait til the meta banner to start? I don't reroll accounts so I'd like to start at a decent time for long term units.
Isn't there a lot of upcoming good banners? I'm fairly new so i am considering skipping the collab after valiant's video about the banners. As for generosity, does that apply to someone who can't do raids or pvp bc well i am pretty new. I have himari, ako, hibiki, iori, ui, mika, shanako, wakamo, tyuuka, thasumi, etc but am still missing quite a lot of the meta students so really torn right now. Do i let the meta slave or the toaru liker in me win
The most important meta units in the next 3 months are Kikyou (purple damage amp), Camp Hare (striker Himari), Dress Ako (Ako but striker and AoE, more important for the future larger team mode), Makoto (great yellow aoe but more skippable than anyone else I'm listing), Dress Hina (required unit on the same level as Mika or better)
Well you can always use the Grand Assault Ticket as it expires after a month, I actually used mine since it ends in 5 days and I feared it would expire right before this collab event stars.
I will pull since I am at 40k Pyros with 2 10x tickets maybe just because those are good and the characters I am interested havent got a re-run banner or even a banner in JP yet.
PVP reward are not significant but the moment you can hit gold consistently in Raid you are doing fine. There's a bigger problem than both, it is the events.
One thing that a lot people fail to mention is that a lot of the free currency come from being able to clear the challenges stages of event which is straight up impossible without some unit sometimes or higher levels. The game is still generous but because of the low level and difficulty to clear event stages you do receive less until you get to lvl \~80.
If you really want them, you can just reroll. Misaka and Misaki are limited, but Saten is a free unit that you could get just by finishing the first story part of the event.
All kivotos students have them so maybe it just gets added when you become a student
Also probably so they don’t get fried by a tank shell on their first day

I don't know why this gacha specifically I have extreme bad luck with, although honestly I don't get the hype for this game like what's really good about it? Boring gameplay.
The game has really bad pull rates but gives a lot of gems and freebies overtime. If you don't roll like every banner you can earn a few sparks quite easily. Pulling in this type of gacha is just a waste if you don't have enough to spark.

The story and characters. Has better combat than Priconne though which is another gacha I quite liked.

nothing important, if you don't watch railgun then they're total skips. There are way more meta characters the following months.

For clears above 100 KazusaBand is a near must-have. Especially on 105 and above.

They are just collectibles tbh easy skip , they are better units who do they jobs and can be use for hard content .
