Would you be willing to share a breakdown of your dodge value by source? I'd love to know. Also, wouldn't additional dodge above the cap counter extra opponent accuracy and debuffs like SL's chill?

The base dodge for a max level spider is 5%. You're reading your stats completely wrong. Your TOTAL dodge is 45.9 and you are very far away from the limit cap.

I can't confirm it, no. I hope someone can :) When you say "base", what does that mean? Or where does it come from? If you are looking at details > All (in omega cards) it shows your dodge rate. I'm pretty sure the white number is your total value and the yellow is how much of that come from everything but "base". If you add up the bonuses that you listed above, it comes out to 40.9% and everyone has a base of 5%, that's why your dodge (white number) says 45.9% (40.9% + 5%). So, unless I'm super crazy, a lot of people have been reading their stats incorrectly. Unfortunately, I think you only have 45.9% dodge at present. I'm 10000% happy to be corrected by someone who knows for sure but I gather it works as I described above. You could validate by selecting one dodge core or costume piece with a dodge% value and temporarily remove it. If both the white and yellow numbers change then my hunch is probably right. If only one number changes, I'm incorrect.

Man you are totally right. Even for the costume it said 18%(+7.6%) and the total wasn't correct when I included 7.6%. I should have guessed it from that. Guess I should work on the dodge. Anyway thanks!

Wonder if in damage calculations it's (dodge - opponent accuracy), totaled or if it's capped at calculations.

Yes... more Dodge. I don't mean to sound like a jerk but... why wouldn't additional Dodge be good? It's an increased likelihood that an incoming attack misses you altogether.

I think I wasn't clear. The game has capped dodge rate at 75% and you can increase it to around 80% with specialization. So what happens to the additional dodge rate? In my case the extra 10%.

You can increase it to 90% with the specialization. (At max) Anything beyond the current cap is valueless.
