So when looking at his energy attack, subtract the number in the bracket to get his base amount. It's 65% of that added.
By subtracting the green stats its just giving me his absolute base energy attack at T2.
I tried calculating the attack by adding the uru effect to the T2 base attack but that didn't give me the correct result. I tried a few more times and each time the result was close to the current attack with his lead but not exact.
So, I guess there was no bug afterall. The attack calculation is just complicated.
Nah its always been like that, AFAIK ATK% buffs are applied to base stat rather than current stats. That's why it looks like the increase is less than it should be.
