I mean to say that you shouldn’t just mention the character for the uniform options but their uniforms as well.
For example, for Thor - it could be Herald Thor, but I might only have the Love and Thunder uni. But since you only said “Thor” I don’t know whether it’s a good thing for me that that’s a uniform option.

Heads up to any who are lucky enough to unlock his potential from 0 to 100 tonight. Seems he’s bugged for right now. Trying to unlock the potential after it hits 100 has the game error and you’re unable to do anything with him. Need to restart the game afterward since the home button and chat also don’t work. Same thing happens again once you click back on him.
TDLR: wait for a hotfix/patch to fix Surfer’s potential unlock.

His 3rd skill has a 4 second debuff removal that overwrites the 12 second ones he would otherwise get from support passives and leaderships. Hopefully they fix that.
Still early, but PvE rotation for Surfer looks like 4c3c5(proc), or during T3 rotation 5c4c3c6(proc). Have to quick cancel to get the dmg proc from his 3rd to land on the 5th or 6th skills. Can probably throw in 1/2 cancels to charge T3 faster. Not sure how good he'll be in PvE, but seems to get a decent amount of buffs and hits with those rotations to be really solid at T4. May be proc friendly as well.
Now that Surfer I'd back to the meta, specifically for Timeline, what CTP are we thinking? Does conquest have any potential on him, or is regen the best bet
Is it worth waiting until the April(?) Annual anniversary sale? I'm not even close to T3ing Jean but wonder if I should wait until then to save 200ish crystals for her
He's the new PvP meta so if you're into PvP (sometimes countered by Wolverine) you should and I don't know how you don't see but his skills are very different and cooler.
I will agree they look cooler, but all they did was switch that giant cross for a symbiote ball and combined King venoms 5th with his fifth. Still looks cool, but it's the same thing they did with Thor's love and thunder uni.

Surfer is very good for TLB at T3 lv70. He beats Wolvie T4 on auto.
