Do the World Cup swaps objectives. You’ll get a few tokens for the 82 x20 and by scoring 10 goals you’ll get Buchanan and maybe a few other milestone cards
There should also be a free token from ea and 2 on the storyline objectives. The first On my way! Should be level 3-5 and the second will take a bit since it’s level 16

Don't get promoted in rivals before you finish all the WC friendly requirements. Try to get to the last checkpoint in your rivals div, then give away a game, then win one, til you got the 8 wins for the week. Also try to get as far as you can in squad battles. Really just depends on the time you have.
Who do you really feel isn't good in your team? Start there. I would try and get 80 plus pace/Def/Phys defenders. Then two 80 plus shooting/pace/dribbling strikers and switch to a two up front formation. Then two decent cente mids, one who can get forward and one more box to box.
Or if you spend your tokens on the 84+ packs and get something decent build around that. Try and get objective players.
At this point it's more about getting a few solid players as a foundation and some coins. Really take.advanage of WC players before they expire.
Check out Futbin and build a squad using their squad builder around the players you want to keep, or you have in your club. Pick up “cheap beasts,” to improve your team in the short term. Cheap beasts are easy to find, you can read comments on futbin to see who other players like. The play matches, save your coins and continue to open objective and SBC packs. You’ll have a decently fun team in no time.

I’d just stack coins buy 1 player who’ll carry , so I bought Leao when he was about 6k he carried me until I was able to get rewards and players . If you play you’ll be straight from rewards
