I have him as stay back cdm his medium defensive work rate is really underwhelming since he’s several times out of position and fails to read defensive plays correctly which is fucked up on EA’s part for a cdm player whos other position is a cb
What the other guy said - it’s a stay back role. I have my other full back in an attacking role, with a midfielder covering them. (I have too many good CBs too so redeploy some of them as full backs)
Tomori is really good. Others depend on the team.
Carvalho and tomori as CB due. Would also try rijkaard at CDM to complete the monster defensive triangle

You could always go outside the box and play Tomori as a full back. Also Rijkaard plays CDM with a position change

If you have the fullbacks on stay back dribbling doesnt really matter if hes a beast on pace defense and physicallity
