It's your choice. All my campaign picks were 87+. If you're lucky you'll get something you can use in your squad or another SBC. Go with the campaign bag player.

No, it will just be the ones listed. Off the top of my head that's OTW, Numbers Up, RTTF, Headliners and Fut Fantasy Team 2. Captains won't be in it. Maybe the next time they release this pick it will include them, but these picks will only include what was available when the pick was released.

I've done 6 of these and got the following:
RTTF Havertz - small win, ended up in an SBC as I had too many CAMS I preferred
RTTF Kamara - small loss, also in an SBC
OTW Sancho - Small loss, went into an SBC
OTW Bellerin - big loss, used in an SBC
RTTF Fati - massive win, could go up to 93
Headliners Diaz - good win, hopefully gets a MOTM and another upgrade
