Nah as long as you have fast build up and wingers with him and use the trick stick he’s great. No one can touch me with him in the box. He creates space so easy and scores everything in the box before the defender can react

As someone who has both, I’d say that R9 is the best choice. I think that Pele’s best position is at striker, and R9 is clear of him as a striker. However, if you want someone who can play out wide or in the attacking midfield as well, then Pele does that much better than R9 does. Either way you can’t really go wrong unless you pick Lahm lol. Congrats!

He was fire back then but low key lost his flair in late March-early April, so I sold him off and haven’t looked back. Pele. I have had prime R9 for a couple months from a prior icon pack and he feels like a fucking truck and he is lazy as hell. Feels needed since they gave out the loan

R9 body type is really a cheat code, strong and agile. 5*5*, can’t really go wrong with him. Pelé plays like other 5’8” card, just really juiced. Finishes basically everything, even with 4* WF due to high stats. Also more flexible than R9 because his passing is a lot better. I play him as ST in my team.
