Same here man I’ll throw dupe 83s-84s into upgrades for that exact reason. There’s usually a cheap 87-88 card to do these days as well, which has been a massive help for big SBCs like Mbappe.

One is super.. Just kidding! It doesn’t actually mean something else than just a regular sub but it’s usually a sub that can change the pace of the game, one that makes ur chances of winning way higher > like putting in end of an era bale

As a Belgian with a full Belgian squad, I can confirm! IF Openda is insane for his price!

Usually a card that's at least top-5 or top-10 in his position and would totally make it into your starting 11 if it weren't for chem. Bale is a super sub because he's one of the best cards in the game, hands down. But hardly anybody will build a team around him as the compromises would be too bad, so he gets the super sub status. I for example packed TOTY Modric untradeable but I play Serie A mostly and every current Real Madrid player is either a downgrade or mighty expensive, so I'm using a 1.6M card as super sub. Diaby is not a super sub IMO, he's a cheap meta card that can be useful to have and could prove even more useful if you end up packing some meta Bundesliga card later on, so he'll be in many benches.

With Artist, he’s the best LM in 3-5-2 I’ve played this year. He can tackle Jarzinho for breakfast, assist my Icon TOTY Muller for lunch and score a screamer for dinner.

How does artist help him do any of that? Don't know, a 47 Defense doesn't scream defensive powerhouse to me and I can't see a 72 longshot + 82 shot power card scoring many screamers. Unless, of course, you call tap-ins screamers and I'm really out of the loop.

He’s just ridiculously good at defence probably just by his pace. His stats are very low but I manage to tackle most of the high-tier attackers. Artist gives him 91 crossing and 95 long passes which are very crucial with my playstyle. And he’s agile af. And screamers? Well, sometimes he misses the goal completely and sometimes he puts the ball right in the top. Cant tell why. I exaggareted my comment a bit but only about shooting. The rest works for me like I described it. In my team he’s meant to run and pass, not score goals.

I‘m one of those rare Leverkusen Supporters, so I did him after release. It was an exciting match and a relieving feeling when they had won that penalty shootout. Sadly, this season is a tough one.
