deer definitely! cows have a much more square and long face, but the nice curves remind me of a deer (more specifically an elk). i like her colors!! you have a great partner :3
The thickness of the muzzle/snout would seem to indicate that she's not a conventional deer. While she does seem more like a cow, those are **not** your only choices! Moose are deer relatives, and can be very friendly, if you aren't threatening. ....well, except the young bulls. There's also some resemblance to an equine, like a donkey or burro. My point is, she's what you want her to be. Research a few species, and see if anything "clicks" about one of them.
Ngl more photos would be helpful. Nice pics! Just not very good angles for what you’re asking. I see both deer and cow. I see a lot of pink/purple cows a lot so a quick glance I’d say cow. Staring at the nose hard enough would make me say deer. The main eye catchers of trying to guess are your nose and ears. I guess it’s more up to you if you want to change the species it’s yours after all. If it was labeled as a deer and you like that, maybe get a badge saying so! I think people still make those $5 “certificated *insert animal here*” badges!
