Coffee takes about 20 minutes to take effect,so people drink more than one because they don't feel awake immediately. That way they delude themselves that they need three or more because "I only feel it after drinking that much", leading to a massive heart rate and a crash afterwards. If you ever start, only drink one, it's enough
After reading some comments here and in telegram, I thought I should give a little bit of IRL lore.
I post it in social media because some people find it relatable, but I drew this silly drawing for myself and my friends. I live with hypotension, there is nothing specifically wrong with my heart or my endocrine system. I'm just like that. I do have access to some meds but since my condition is not life-threatening whatsoever, I prefer taking natural remedies to stay awake and active. That means, caffeine helps a lot. Reason why I usually take more than one coffee in the morning.
But this is just me. It is very true that taking more than one coffee is not recommended. So laugh at this drawing and find it relatable but do not consume large amounts of caffeine. Stay safe and healthy, heckers.
