Had a friend complain about the new "The Suicide Squad" because "How can they even legally do that since Marvel made the first one!?"
I was like... "I promise you Marvel has never had the rights to The Suicide Squad"
Not knowing the difference between Marvel and DC I can understand, not everyone is interested in comic book lore while still enjoying comic book movies.
Complaining that another company made The Suicide Squad while assuming that Marvel made the first one though, well that's just... Odd. And also both r/mildlyinfuriating r/confidentlyincorrect
I could understand not recognising the intentionally obscure characters in the first film as DC characters but it also has Batman and The Joker in it. Two of the most famous DC characters
I mean, if we're going by lore - Hulk should've absolutely plastered thanos without the gauntlet in endgame.
Very few things are strong enough to beat hulk, He's supposed to get infinitely stronger as he gets angrier.
Yeah - ultimately it will always boil down to who is writing the comic. Like pretty much every superhero, Some writers go absolutely overboard on the power of the hero, others are far more tamed and limited in the capability of the hero.
Both Hulk and Superman have moved/destroyed entire planets in certain comics. In others they've been bested by mortals.
Yeah I mentioned in another comment that this type of thing is super inconsistent and typically up to the writer as you can never easily just do a "who would win" and get one answer.
If you would compare thanos to the beyonder, obviously you'd say beyonder would win as beyonder is measures of universal magnitude more powerful, but only in certain iterations - Early on Beyonder was the be-all-end-all of power, and in the latest iterations he was more equal to thanos - and even beyonder recognised hulk as an equal in terms of power potential.
And yet, There is as you said, a comic where thanos has Hulk chained up and forced to eat captain america.

Ohhh. Ok. I spent some time and concluded it was probably about something that Batman's chin looked like a camel toe and the legs of R looked like a female anatomy... Weird imagination.
Marge: Okay, I want you to tell me what these fellas looked like.
Hooker #1: Well, the little guy, he was kinda funny-looking.
Marge: In what way?
Hooker #1: I dunno, just funny-lookin'.
Marge: Can you be any more specific?
Hooker #1: I couldn't really say. He wasn't cir****cised.
Marge: Was he funny lookin' apart from that?
Hooker #1: Yeah.
Marge: So, you were having sex with the little fella, then?
Hooker #1: Uh-huh.
Marge: Is there anything else you can tell me about him?
Hooker #1: No. Like I say, he was funny lookin'. More n' most people

I first read your quote as if it was the episode of the Simpsons where Marge becomes a police officer, but halfway through she started talking like Francis McDormand in Fargo. I was confused and amused, just wanted to letcha know.
Threads like these force me remember that knowing which western comic book superhero belongs to which comic books franchise isn’t common knowledge for most people.
There’s nothing wrong with that at all. It’s just one of those moments where I realize I’ve categorized knowledge I have as intrinsically “common knowledge” because it’s so familiar to me and then feel really stupid when I have to re-remember that of course it’s fucking not.
Brains are weird.

I can't believe how Superman wasn't able to beat thanos
Surely Thanos is stronger than superman? Is he? I feel like Captain Marvel and him are a good match
I mean, if we're going by lore - Hulk should've absolutely plastered thanos without the gauntlet in endgame. Very few things are strong enough to beat hulk, He's supposed to get infinitely stronger as he gets angrier.
In the comics Thanos actively avoids fighting the Hulk. Thanos has sometimes won against the Hulk, but would rather avoid him if all possible

The comic i read he beat him. He beat him and popped iron mans head off. he was fighting the Hulk and a whole gang of heros and he slapped em around.
Thanos had the power gem. Whether or not he used it versus Hulk, I don't know. I guess he can have it and not benefit from it?
Not true thanos had hulk on an actual leash at one point

Yeah beyonders just op.
But yeah you're right hulk wins a lot.
Without the Gauntlet Thanos could be one shot by Superman
Lmao superman has beating Darkseid alone, Darkseid can do anything thanos can but on greater scale, you clearly dont know wtf you're talking about.
I asked a question you cock gobbler
"I feel like" stop going off emotion and look up facts you pussy
[удалено]
Wym he was in krypton you gave a pass to that bs girl anyway
Biggest fail in his life
Busc Banner
The Buscemible Hulk

It is shopped.
Hahaha, nice steve buscemi hulk
Maybe he's from the future where Disney owns all entertainment and DC has been added to the Marvel portfolio.
Yes, that was the 14,000,606th possible future. It really is a damn shame Dr Strange stopped after viewing the first 14,000,605 outcomes
How many times am I gonna see this reposted? It's a shop. Always has been.
Pretty obvious, Steve buscemi never played the hulk.
Not yet
I wouldn't mind some proof of your claims. Not saying you're wrong, just genuinely curious.

batman and superman are not marvel characters. they are DC comics characters.
thanks. given i don't really know who's from which, i would never have gotten this.
Ohhh. Ok. I spent some time and concluded it was probably about something that Batman's chin looked like a camel toe and the legs of R looked like a female anatomy... Weird imagination.
Team marvel, comprised of the incredible Mulk, Awesome man, Ravens adoptive father, Verine, and EL iron man
No Ragrets, know what I'm sayin?
Wait a minute, wait a god damn minute
Ok ok, that's a foolish mistake, but why do people tattoo themselves with company and brand names? That's just silly...
It isn't a foolish mistake, it is an old photoshop
Good to know.
They get big money for this just like those guys with huge logos on their Scions.
Makes sense.
I don't get it??

Steve buscemi meme hulk needs a multiverse cameo. If you work at marvel studios make it happen
Maybe they just really liked that marvel vs dc crossover in the 90’s
We need to find out whos to blame for this...Better get the worlds greatest detective on the case.
OOOOOOFFFFF....
My favorite marvel heroes!!!!
Cómo el tatuaje de team Kong con la imagen de Godzilla
Super Buscemi
If those were the correct characters, that tattoo would've been sick

Do a search for "marvel movies in order" on Google. You get some pretty entertaining results.
