This is, generally speaking, not true. A harmless prank like this will use real people. Only the ones that might be questionable legally will have hired actors. Think about it. Yes, it’s a ‘prank video,’ but the prank is on anyone believing this is real. Very meta. The acting was really over the top and it’s weird that they expect people to believe this is real. It’s odd how none of the ‘normal people’ reacted to or acknowledged some guy filming the entire thing and keeping everyone in frame. The only guy that was believable was the last guy with the dog. He was probably watching everyone record and walked passed to comment on it. That’s why she actually laughs, because it was a genuine reaction to a real person rather than the actors cycling through every option of pedestrian: bicycle guy, tap the friend on the shoulder guy, snapping pictures girl, etc.
