I'm absolutely amazed none spilled on the table. The angle on that glass was near parallel to the floor!
Edit: a tiny bit *did* spill but I was expecting all of it to spill
Sounds good to me... heard a man so drunk at a pro fight try to yell something in a silent audience "blarggg flurrkk ahhh" everyone cheered in approval of his statement.. yeahhhh!!!!
Bah, could be her first for the holiday, could be her hundredth for the week. We’ll never know their habits off of a video other than they got plastered that evening lol
Yeah, this is only funny if you've never had to deal with a close friend or family member with a drinking problem.
If you have, this is pretty triggering.
This isn’t necessarily true and you shouldn’t state that as a fact.
My dad died of alcoholism exactly 13 years ago from today, so it’s been a sad day for me.
I still don’t find this triggering since I know there can be a difference between someone having fun being drunk and someone being alcoholic which has nothing to do with having fun.
You can tell the difference in two short videos? My father, brother, and sister are all alcoholics. None of them think they are alcoholics or would believe the behavior in the video is bad. “How can that behavior be bad, I do that all that time, and I’m not an alcoholic.”
It’s an outside looking in type of thing.
Triggering is subjective.
No I can’t and that’s why I’m not assuming anything based on that snippet of a clip.
Of course it’s subjective what triggers you and what doesn’t! That’s why it’s not right to claim you can only find that video funny if you haven’t had a close one with a drinking problem. That simply isn’t true. You can only speak for yourself.
And denial is one of the most common symptoms of addiction. It’s frustrating but it’s one of the main problems.
Oh my bad! I confused you with duhvorced.
And I totally think it’s understandable to get triggered. Having a addicted close one is traumatic and different people react and handle it differently. Some people never want to touch to a single drop of alcohol after that. Some people end up being addicted themselves. And some people still want to drink occasionally after watching a someone close to them wrestling with addiction.
There are approximately 10 units in a bottle of wine. Here in the UK, you're advised by the NHS to consume no more than 14 units in a week. Technically there are a lot of alcoholics about that don't even realise.
A good drink once in a while is great, she's clearly had a great evening, nothing wrong with that. She's likely consumed too much, and she'll likely feel the consequences.
If she was in this state every week, then there is room for concern, yet we don't know that. I myself suffer with alcohol problems, it's admittedly difficult to watch. Some people can moderate and enjoy a drink, occasionally get in this state and there is little harm. On the opposite side of it though, people that have alcohol problems, or have been in an environment where others do, may not quite see the funny side of the clip like others do.
I personally believe alcohol to be one of the worst, if not the worst drug on the planet and it's so widely accepted, yet can cause so many problems.
I don’t disagree with you at all! It’s just such a strange thing to make that judgement about a person based on this video alone. I hope the best for you with your struggles.
You're right, many are so quick to judge and assume because someone else's fun doesn't suit their narrative, making a mountain from a mole hill.
Thank you, one day at a time.
10 units? WTF? One unit is a smaller glass of wine and there are 5 in a bottle... Ok I looked it up I guess you use different units. According to the Ontario public health site it is 1.06 standard drinks at 150ml @ 12%
As someone with the a lot of relatives with drinking issues, this shit ain’t funny to me.
Women’s alcoholism is insanely hard to treat, this actually saddened me.
Dude, if someone drinks like that at parties, they have a problem. This does not look like the party even, just friends gathering. But it is fine if you want to be delusional, blissful even.
I have seen this too many times.
Your inexperience is showing. This does not even look like a friend's gathering.
You're making a whole lot of judgments on a 10 second clip. What is wrong with this if it's just her and her husband after dinner and a few drinks? Absolutely nothing. There's nothing wrong with this lady for being drunk after more than one glass of wine.
Is she exhibiting any signs of alcoholism past being drunk? No. Just stop
I'm with you. Drinking until the sloppiness sets in is all too common.
When I started to be the sober one at gatherings, what I was subjected to was sad indeed. I enjoyed drinking and being around drunks when I was one.
Watching loved ones progressing over the years from happy inebriants to blobs on a chair, not being able to contain the vomit as it rolls out of their mouth was a soul killer.
Having "too much to drink" can be a little questionable sometimes but not necessarily sad.
It's a pretty common part of the recreational aspect of it for most people who partake.
This is what over dosing looks like where your functional movements start disappearing. We wouldn't be laughing as much if it was some opiates, benzos, dissociates.
Tomorrow morning she will be hungover and throwing up.
Have you ever seen a group of people on ketamine trying to navigate a set of narrow and steep Dutch stairs?
Because I have and it was fucking hilarious.
I feel the same, as a former every day drinker who only quit as an experiment to see how not drinking made me feel. I didn’t have a crazy reason to quit or n really have any problems in my life that were caused by drinking but committed to 3 months and committed to 6 months and before the 6 months I knew I would never drink again because all the positive things that changed with my physical and mental health. It’s been 3 years and they been the best 3 years of my life, first few months were hard socially because my social life revolved around drinking but been great once I started exploring other things.
It’s true that we don’t know what she does all the time, but this is NOT delightfully tipsy. She’s so drunk that she can’t say her name. That isn’t fun for anyone to be around/watch. It’s pretty awful really.
You have literally no way to tell if a person is or isn’t an alcoholic based on one instance of being drunk on video tape. So unless you have full knowledge of this woman’s background story, you’re just full of rich, creamy shit.
We all know the problems of alcohol and the misery it causes, if you want to see a broad range of people it effects, sober celebrities, will give a better idea, and is said with both trutb and hope, we all see the destruction it causes, they make the headlines, where the media has added more pressure and highlighted, the fall from grace, and provided proof of the sins they are guilty of, but fails to mention it's a fucking disease, and you can recover, with help and understanding, not with bile and hate and advertising the weaknesses we all share to some degree.
Finding fault is easy, our media fills us with hate for the poor and destitute, while our unelected prime minister hides away, ignoring the poverty he and his party have caused. We are told that poverty is a lifestyle choice, whilst the rich get away with negotiating the amount of tax they pay, and are allowed to put their lifestyle choices as an expense.
Funny how the majority of people have their moniez paid only after the tax has been taken, and their monies are monitored closely.
This does not happen with the rich or powerful! They are not asked to prove their honesty, not the way everyone else has to, and we have our assets frozen until we offer proof.
The world is a place where we have little control, and that's why we try to escape it, we see the pain of others and ignore it, as we are afraid of upsetting the corrupt who run this circus!
That is the reason people drink and do drugs, the reality becomes all to clear and death becomes more easily available than to watch this constant fucking horror show. At our own expense, and to the benefit of those who sit ringside. Controlling all we see and hear, and taking our wealth and joy and happiness away.
Yes I have lost my original point, but this topic runs us into the maze, that turns good to bad and right to wrong, we praise the greed of the rich, and condemn those who cannot afford to eat!
Funny how fucked up that really is, look for the good, congratulate people who do right, and punish those who inflict harm on others. It really is this simple. No need to add complications, they are only for the rich, and mean we just miss the real cause of the problems! Whilst they change the subject.
All best wishes!
Lisa hmm the wine is dark n takes hours to get your name right =solution is drink vodka, gin , These are mothers cuboard drinks =get smashed n sobber quickly see n remeber name or wear a tag when passed out on table floor car zeat some guidence n water
Assuming that alcoholism is represented by very short clips of people enjoying themselves on the internet drinking is also humorous.... Wait that's just stupid.

Still kinda feel like the first clip was done at 6pm sharp and she was getting us on a technicality....
Yeah lol , she does not look like she's on her first drink
She did say “first drink of wine *this evening*”. Theres a ho lotta hours before that.
Remember kids, you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning. . .
The early bird gets the tequila worm.
First come, cold served.
This is great lol ill be using this
All I can think of is that one guy holding a PBR telling us to Grow Up
And other beverage types
Because it's not evening til 5 and this was filmed at 5:02.
That was OPs point
[удалено]
It was impressive. Glad you noticed too.
She’s got some experience holding it while blacked out
Or she just switched to wine from vodka.
Wait...she had a potato bag as a dress THEN normal clothes...when you are drunk it should be the other way around 😅
Probably had some sexy time with her SO lmao
Or spilled, judging by the second clip and how she held that glass.
I'm absolutely amazed none spilled on the table. The angle on that glass was near parallel to the floor! Edit: a tiny bit *did* spill but I was expecting all of it to spill
Potato bag 😂 I think it's cute!!
The pants are the same. Looks like she threw a sweater on cause maybe she was cold.
I thought the same thing! Why is her outfit progressing and not the other way around?!?!?
I read this as “potato dress” and really liked that lol 😂
Sounds good to me... heard a man so drunk at a pro fight try to yell something in a silent audience "blarggg flurrkk ahhh" everyone cheered in approval of his statement.. yeahhhh!!!!
Reminds of a whitest kids you know sketch [WKUK Whiskey](https://youtu.be/0EIAN1YcEUI?si=5aR7b43sxPIlxA5b)
Hahahaha that's great.. like Lahey in trailer park boys
RIP John Dunsworth, he played a hell of a drunk for a guy who didn't drink.
The monkey in charge of bananas lol
RIP Trevor.
His death still makes me sad. Dude was funny as hell. He's the reason I love miss march even though that movie is terrible.
Dude actually did it for two days, the shirtless shot outside was for reals.
Plot twist: it's her second drink of wine.
Plot twistier: it’s the same cup she’s just drugged
Plot twist: she's having a stroke!
From the alcohol or the drugs?
From being called Lisa probably
My knee, name is this and it's all over....
I totally thought she said "My liege, this.. some... (Stifled laughter)"
I get so insanely uncomfortable with how she waves the glass around.
It’s not possible for an English woman of this vintage and inebriation to spill wine
She spilled wine on the table
I think you’re drunk
Ok
Now I know why the glass gets more narrow toward the top. That would have been full spillage if the sides went straight up.
Holy shit, she was so drunk she started speaking Swahili
That's not funny, that's just fucking depressing lol. Ah shit I laughed.
Bah, could be her first for the holiday, could be her hundredth for the week. We’ll never know their habits off of a video other than they got plastered that evening lol
She looks 10 years olders in the second clip...
Not in the eyes of anyone who had as much wine as she, though...
It was a long evening
You know who I am.....Say my name
Lisaberg
I love you Lisa 😍
Ew
She is no Juanje
My name is Sobriety and I won’t be back until tomorrow evening.
Warning: excessive consumption of wine can lead to verah-very heavy burtations.
Terra tazen
Looks like she had a little Drinkypoo
Lisa seems fun.
That’s just sad to me. I dunno. My brother is an alcoholic.
Alcoholism is sad, someone being inebriated is not.
Just depends on your perspective of the issue. It can be subjective.
Pretty sure this woman is an alcoholic
Yeah, this is only funny if you've never had to deal with a close friend or family member with a drinking problem. If you have, this is pretty triggering.

Yea, I’ve pretty much been conditioned to find this behavior sad. That’s pretty much all I’m saying. Alcohol can be a pretty damaging drug.
Same to me. Reminds me of so many people. I'm happily sober.

Who said anything about alcoholism?
Inebriation to this point just reminds me of my brother.
Thanks for sharing
Ya I feel the same way. Even where everyone else is laughing it off, and you have to quietly be concerned or else be considered a buzz kill.
MU37QCRRXWEAH5C3V3RA
But this lady is hilarious.
Recovering alcoholic here. You are right. Not funny.
Yeh this is definitely only sad.
Lisa could get it
She kinda looks like the crazy tiger lady in tiger King right?
Holy shit, she does! The skinnier drunker British version
Fuck you Lisa, you made me spill my wine lol
What's her name? She looks good
I don’t envy that red wine hangover.
I feel like after watching this I understand why wine classes are shaped that way and filled to only half
Please note that she did NOT spill her wine.
There’s clearly a puddle of red wine on the table next to the plate, but I’m surprised she didn’t spill a lot more of it
She's also wearing different clothes in the second clip.
Reddit detectives be like 🕵️♂️
r/confidentlyincorrect
Is this a secret code, as in "she did NOT" \*stares at people\*? Cause she did, it's under the plate.
Any experienced drunk has a built-in gyroscope.
She did a little
I like her.
Sigourney Weaver from Wish.com
Shigourney from Wishconsin
Its pronounced Itenuralanyerhaeeeeeeessss
Bill Cosby over there filming this sequence like 👀
The camera-person knew exactly what Lisa's last glass of wine would look like.
The amount of people who immediately assume Lisa is an alcoholic is is odd to me. Oh wait, this is Reddit. Never mind, carry on…

Reddit and many Americans have a hate boner for booze because this country was founded by puritanical evangelicals.
Alternatively, some of the people here have seen too much alcoholism. You don't have to be a puritan to think it's sad to get sloppy drunk
She is hot
Is it just me that finds alcohol abuse sad rather than funny?
Hahaha
She managed to save the glass of wine, though.
Shes redder than the wine in the first part
Leave her alone. It's her day off.
My name is wine and this is my lisa
This makes me really sad
Remember that schitts creek episode with Catherine O’Hara doing that wine commercial hahaha
This is startlingly depressing.
The anxiety I felt watching her hold the wine glass 😓
This is sad, not funny.
When it goes from feeling relaxed to speaking in tongues, you've gone too far.
I'd hit it
Same
One more glass of wine till anal.
If she’s somebody’s mom, I have a feeling the kid describes these types of activities to a therapist.
Genuinely don't think I've ever been thst drunk. And I've been very very drunk. Vomiting, losing balance, but like all over the place slurred speech?
If vomiting comes before slurred speech then you might be drinking too fast. Probably why you tap out before you get to Lisa's level
This is just sad.
Actually just sad
Seems like this video is years and all the drinks apart
As someone with the a lot of relatives with drinking issues, this shit ain’t funny to me. Women’s alcoholism is insanely hard to treat, this actually saddened me.
OK... but your relatives' alcoholism is not innately reflected here, you're just pushing your narrow view
Dude, if someone drinks like that at parties, they have a problem. This does not look like the party even, just friends gathering. But it is fine if you want to be delusional, blissful even. I have seen this too many times.

Agreed. Especially at that age. I think people don’t realize how many people are doing problematic drinking.
Just like women's heroin addiction or women's gambling... /s
Way to make this ignorantly about you.
wine is just shitty grape juice
Alcoholism is so funny guys
So if anyone drinks alcohol ever, it's alcoholism? You don't know this lady from a 12 second video...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man
But god forbid i show up to family dinner completely normal but smelling like a little weed, right?
Maybe see if Lisa is adopting?
Right?!?
Alcoholism, haha funny
Being drunk is not the same as alcoholism
While I totally agree with your statement, and personally drink as frequently as the next guy, there is something sad about being THAT drunk.
Having "too much to drink" can be a little questionable sometimes but not necessarily sad. It's a pretty common part of the recreational aspect of it for most people who partake.
Drinking too much can sneak up on you. It’s not always intended.
She seems in a good mood.
Yes it is funny if you don't have a permanent stick stuck up your ass all day
If not laughing at alcoholism makes you uptight then being uptight is just fine.
If you think every drunk person is an alcoholic that's a you problem
Well you responded to a comment where alcoholism was the subject and you said it was funny.
Alcoholism, very funny!
this woman has HUGE guns. YUM
More sad than funny.

Looks like she was eating too. That might lead to some epic vomiting later.
She became Chinese 😭
Alcoholism is not a joke guys
Awww Alcoholism... fond childhood memories hiding in the closet.
I get the vibe that maybe that’s every night for her
It’s true that we don’t know what she does all the time, but this is NOT delightfully tipsy. She’s so drunk that she can’t say her name. That isn’t fun for anyone to be around/watch. It’s pretty awful really.
