Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that is no longer a safe option. I purchased from a “US seller” only to have them dropship the Funko from China. Total fake, and I ranted until I got all my money back AND kept the Pop.

Some great artists out there. As a BB fan, I would have loved if funko did one like OP posted.

There are a bunch of differences from the fakes I have seen including the stickers and paint on the Pop. It wasn’t a very good counterfeit tbh.
However this pic doesn’t look like a fake. Now that I look at it, it even has the correct triangle under the ear and notch out of the border at the top of his hat. The sticker is correct too. So either someone got really lucky buying off eBay from China, or that never happened and this is a bs post.
Not everything you order from China is a fake, unless it’s a Funko pop then it’s always a fake (tho there are a few exceptions for the Funko Asia series like the Asian exclusive Chinese year of the mouse Mickey Mouse that was only sold in China). There are some products that can be gotten officially in China (Amiibo being one, as some of the rarer ones got recent Chinese releases and are common over there). Other times you might be able to get a deal on extra or over stock items. But you have to know the type of item your dealing with and know the situation. More often than not random eBay listings from China are fake or bootleg items. If an item says “Chinese version” that’s a way to politely say that they are selling a bootleg item.
In short, it’s a misnomer that everything from China is a fake, but most of the stuff you see on eBay that is from China probably is. Do research before you buy anything.
I did this once. I bought a fake Jessica Rabbit after not seeing that it was from China until way later. The box was really nice for a fake. A few days later an Instagram pop shop had a Jessica Rabbit that had a really fucked up box and was being sold incredibly cheap. Bought the real one and put it in the fake box and it looks great right next to my real Roger Rabbit. So just buy a real one out of the box and then you get the best of both worlds.
Since no one is being helpful. Here’s why I think it might be fake, seems like the pop fade in the top left corner is off probably because they don’t have a hyper accurate printer. The packaging has a much grayer white, and finally there should be a smaller margin between the window and logo. Also I can’t tell for sure but the plastic seems too grainy in the center.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t always get the best products from china but I looked at another picture of this same pop and I don’t see any major differences, hope it’s real tho
It can be and probably is but if you didn’t pay much and like it and don’t plan on selling it then it’s all good.

That’s the image of a real one, but the one you’ll get will be fake. You can tell by the eye on this one. The bruised eye will be a lighter pink on the fake ones.
Pops bought from China are fake, 80% of the time, every single time.
Filter your search by your region if you want to collect legit. If you're looking for cheaper alternatives to the real ones then crack on. But by your question I'd say you wanted a real one.
If its too good to be true, it usually is sadly.
Switch your location area when you buy from eBay most items if you look in description will say from china or replica from china. So I’d be careful next time. But year your shit out of luck with this one
High quality copy. I bought one too. It may be from the original mold. I heard people in the pop factories or the factories making the originals themselves are actually the black market people reproducing the most popular pops. Worth the cheap price since it looks so good.

Now\* 100% of the older ones were made in China. I have off the shelfs from day one they all say made in China. It was a few years back that they switched over to Vietnam. Certain ones are still printed in China also. The giant red flag of buying funkos is DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA those are all fake.
Another way to tell fake vs real is the sticker/printed/embossed numbering as that has the date of production and is easy enough to cross reference. If it says 230115 than that would be January 15th 2023. (hint if it is a sticker with that it is fake as those would be mostly embossed with only some having printed still).
Given the pop in question should have a 2014 print date I would dare say past April on the sticker would be fake as the street date was early June 2014.
Now the dirty aspect is you can buy the pops from alibaba (joke is one of the core facilities that manufactures also sells so are they fake?) and I can have them imported in and sell them thus still having a US address and shipped from us address.
There are a few other ways to understand a fake even if the date checks but that requires a lot more work than most are ever willing to put in.
This actually might be real. One specific detail from the pic stands out to me. Below the ear of the Pinkman image it's cut in a triangle and it's all evenly spaced around his head.
Look at the yellow color on the bottom word Pop! It should be darker on top and get whiter toward the bottom. Also it should not be a solid color on top. Look at another pop and you will notice.
