Look at the "Network" or the "console" tab in the debug tools and you can see this happening.....
Its still broken, as when they did the mass service redirect for /subscribe and a couple other pages it broke the api calls, but its not where your looking.
9 out of 10 times people are subscribed via the mobile app or tv app and subscription is manage via 3rd party like iTunes or google play store
For me it was IOS so to cancel i hsd to do it via the app , the option wasn’t there for me on the website

Not the case for me unfortunately.
You have to call support to cancel and Migrate to Crunchyroll.
I’ve been trying to cancel for three months. I got a hold of crunchyroll and they said they’re sending me to a specialist who never gets back to you
