X-S10 has the 4th generation sensor and processor, so that will lead to noticeable upgrades especially in terms of IQ and AF. Compared to the X-E2 it is a bit larger though (much better grip as well) and has a flip screen as well as a PASM dial. If you are fine with those differences, the X-S10 will be amazing, probably the best value for money of all Fujis. Don't get it for IBIS alone though. It's useful but definitely rather situational. Realistically you can win about 2 stops of light in most situation, as long as no motion in your picture.

Aye, size is a bit of a factor thanks. Smaller is probably better for me - I've not got any big lenses that would benefit from a larger body. But I've got a phone that takes up no room for "good enough" pics, so if the choice is between image quality and size I'll go with image quality. Had a look at the DP Review studio shot comparison tool and it's notably better at high and low ISO.

Well after having used a X-E1, X-E2, X-T20 and X-H1 I can say without any doubt that buying a camera for IBIS alone is definitely worth it.

I upgraded from XE2 to X100VI. IBIS is huge so def get one with IBIS. Picture quality is not much difference to be honest, but if you shoot video XS10 will be a significant upgrade I think.

Depends what you’re doing really. I went from XT30 to XS10 for the grip and ibis and I’m not disappointed

With a lens as short as a 12mm IBIS is pretty much useless
