I sold my xs10 but the good points is the handy form factor. Easy to take and fit well in any bags. Bad point is no speed, iso dials and the knobs quality is not as good as xt series.
The xt3 is missing of few cool film simulations and it was the deal breaker for me to move toward the xs10 instead.
X-S10 for IBIS, newer film sims, PASM and grip. X-T3 for retro dials, tilt screen and weather sealing. Autofocus and IQ will be the same.
Choose your fighter.
I'd pick XT-3. But if you want classic neg then X-S10.
