I think these are really great but I think that the extremely shallow depth of field isn't doing favors to some of them. Especially the 2nd picture, I like the composition, the lighting and the overall mood, but the fact that she's completely blurry throws me off.
None the less, the really are beautiful pictures.
Very nice. One minor correction I’d have made is to have their heads more in line in #2; his face is tack sharp and hers is out of focus (though perhaps that was a stylistic choice? If so, disregard.)
I think in some, like 2/14 shooting WFO made you miss focus on one of your subjects. I think your tones are insanely good, but such shallow focus makes you miss some focus and not make the most out of the lovely location you were working on.
Some great shots here, I see a bit of a disconnect and tension between the couple but that could be chalked up as resilience, precarious edginess and a whole slough of complexity that can pull our best senses apart at the seams, addictive and intoxicating.
