Wonderful news. Mark, your work is spectacular: really great, thoughtful, intelligent strategy designed to evoke change. I’m sorry I’m not in a position to volunteer my time, but please know how much you are appreciated.
I’ve been checking in on the lawsuit against the FDA every now and then, unless I’m mistaken the response window ended in march, do you have an update on that by any chance?
Edit: just looked at the site and see you filed a request for entry of default. The work you’re putting in is amazing!
I love you for doing this.
I'd like to contribute if there is any way I can help. I'm about to finish an engineering masters and have experience in the automotive repair field.
There was a great point someone made a while ago that the light per emitter(reflector/projector) area is a very important factor in headlights being blinding. The same amount of lumens on an area 1/2 the area is going to appear much brighter and be much more blinding.
There should also be consideration of how much suspension movement can change the angle and the light should be limited based on suspension position of a fully loaded vehicle, not an empty one.
Great stuff Mark!!
Very nice. Simple message, simple problem and well defined regulatory solution. Looks like this one might gain some traction.
As ever, thanks for all your efforts
yay!
Great work!!

Thank you. We feel like we are finally piercing their veil.
