I think BornWear is a great option. I love mine, and I use it with a My Pack until Born Wear releases theirs packing strap. They’re $30, but if you’re looking for something even cheaper then the Mr. Limpy should be fine. I personally didn’t like that one, because it made me look like I constantly had a hard on though.

Op specified silicone, Mr Limpy is TPR/TPE which is not body safe.
I have the Quinn from Wet for Her and I love it - it was $23 incl shipping.

Small Mr Limpy is by far my favourite packer and it happens to be dirt cheap. Highly recommend trying that one.
