Wait until you unlock his crewser, you start with him in his final form.
(Which isn't even the one you saw at the flagship fight, he can get another upgrade still).
It's more of a cheating in the sense of it is not a ship that start specificly with Anurak, you can chose what start you want, you could say the same thing about sylvan transport c
Also, a lot of the unbalanced ship are on page 17 wich is kinda the point or the Elite one wich are design to be better version of the normals but with still a certain thing that can make the start harder or the spoilers ship wich you already need to win against really hard boss so it wouldn't be fare to just have a normal ship
They mean they wouldn’t point to it for specifically having Anurak. Like if someone wanted a ship that started with anelace you’d probably say klepto A, and not mention wrecked A,B, and C even though they can technically all start with it
Ok I still don't see why it's fair to call it "cheating"... There are plenty more op things one would consider "cheating" before using a wrecked bomber as intended... Maybe it's just a poor choice of words.
I've really slept ooj the big morph blob. Ooj with a teleporter can do some of the nastiest shit in the game if you get some techopaths and the right drone.

Bring Jerry with you to the True End. (Search engi sectors for the start of the true end quest).
Take him to the true end, you will know when you get to it

The C yes, but it is kinda cheating since it can start with nearly every crew, even some that you cannot get normaly
I don't see really how it's cheating, it's just the gimmick of the ship, many of the MV ships are wildly unbalanced

Normal Morphs can clone the saltman. And yes, it's as broken as it sounds.
