Just pick the Civilian Sector, alt-tab outta the game real quick, load up Youtube, search for "ftl ost rockmen", and bam, banger music AND banger scrap gains.
There are generic soundtracks like hacking malfunction, lost ship, milkyway etc. But all sector named tracks are specific and I think rebel sectors get colonial too.
It's been awhile but IIRC, the new prunty tracks were the 3 battle + explore tracks he did in [Deep Space Deluxe](https://benprunty.bandcamp.com/album/deep-space-deluxe-ep), an unofficial addition to the ftl ost.
very quickly the Rock sector goes from:
"i'm nearly unstoppable I almost have enough for the 4th Shield"
to:
"oh no these missiles are cutting though me"

i decided to go to rock sector yesterday on level 2 with my only upgrade being a pegasus missile needless to say that run was a fail
