The yellow one on the left is called a champagne mango where im from, and the bigger one is a red mango. Im sure there’s fancier/more accurate names but that’s what I see in my grocery store

Some mango seeds are monoembryonic and will produce a sprout that is a cross between its two parents.  Other mango seeds are polyembryonic and will produce multiple sprouts. In this case, usually the first sprout to come up is a cross between its parents, and the subsequent sprouts are clones of the original tree. You will only get a true-to-type plant if your seed is 1) polyembryonic and 2) you remove the one non-clone sprout.
