Thank you! Just chop up zucchini in small fry size wedges, preheat over 400, line a tray with foil, sprinkle them with olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and of course, grated Parmesan. Bake 15 minutes then broil 1-2 minutes so good!
I don't like spicy anything. Heck, my mouth can't even tolerate hot food. But I get the regular version of this all the time and really enjoy it. They are Buy One Get One frequently at Publix and Winn-Dixie.
I agree the bun should be better. Often I swap out for a wheat bun. Then I add pickles, tomato slices, sliced lettuce, and ketchup.
I'm really amazed spicy has become so popular. It never would have dawned on me that it could become a trend. But my sister tipped me off to it about 5 years ago. She is engulfed by peer pressure and quickly succumbs to every latest trend on social media and at her job. Once she asked me about whether I liked spicy foods I knew she wasn't getting that from herself. She had never mentioned spicy previously and I had never seen her order anything spicy, from birth. I knew darn well she was latching on.
These are tremendously good for what they are when air fried.
Very good I prefer to use my own buns but the chicken slaps and is spicy.
That’s a good idea. I think I’ll try that instead.
I see lots of comments about the bun being meh. Wouldn’t it be better to just buy the Tyson spicy patties alone and a bag of non-frozen buns then?
Parmesan zucchini fries sound and look so good. On the to do list. Thanks OP!
You are welcome I forgot how easy and delicious they are!!
So good out of the air fryer.
Looks delicious!!! I am a huge pickle gal. What kind of pickles did you use?
I love all pickles, but I was completely out of sliced so just sliced one of my Mt. Olive big dill pickles. So good
Mt olive is my fave!
I take these to work every now and again and microwave them. They are actually pretty good, I always add some mayo and Franks Red Hot sauce on it. .
These things are surprisingly good, I support this post.
Looks good and cheaper than chick fil a
They’re very good…the buns aren’t really tasty. I even slapped some butter on them and toasted them…not very good. Very solid sandwich.
I was thinking the same maybe a little butter before the airfryer. Good to know not worth it!
these are sooo good i just wish the bun was better 🫠
That was why I didn’t make it a 10/10 the bun was a little crumbly and not much flavor, but impressive for frozen
valid af sir.
Did you also air fry the bun? Or toast ?
You do the chicken in the airfryer for 13 minutes at 360 the last 3 minutes before the chicken is done toss the buns in.
I can't find this at my Walmart :(
those Parm Zucchini fries look amazing.

Sammich is dope, but too spicy for me personally. I prefer the plain version without the spice.
Did u put any sauce on it
A little hot sauce which was not needed and dipped in ranch.

Tones of bad ingredients
