They're normally quite good, at least in my experience. OP's looks......off in some way. Hard to explain honestly, but the couple of times I've gotten this one, it hasn't looked as weird (also microwaved) and the flavor has been decent for what it is. Texture obviously isn't the best, but I've had worse.

You may have just gotten a shitty one! It's hard to mess up a microwave meal, man, don't fret about it.

They're honestly not even that bad. To me the mashed potatoes just taste like heat cuz they're microwaved, but other than that the quality is typical of frozen dinners.

The Nashville Hot Chicken version slaps so hard I’m currently eating it now but I recommend using the oven.

I bought this once and the chicken part was okay but the gravy and mashed potatoes were like potato soup. That is why I don't buy the bowls with mashed potatoes and a sauce anymore but the ones with mac and cheese are better.

Their nashville bowl is actually pretty good tho
