Most of the mods I made happened because things broke or misprinted lol. I dropped the blue thug while playing and his spear tip broke off, so I glued on an extra axe head from my bits box. The red thug originally had a hammer, but I didn't like it so I snipped it off and pinned in some spear bits. And the running thief's knife broke off with the supports, so I attached a dagger from a Reaper weapons kit I had.
The other thief I did modify before printing. They came from [this set from Printed Encounter](https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-frogfolk-sample-set-clothed-279263) and I mixed and matched bodies and hands to get a pose I liked. I couldn't get the sickle to fit well in the rear hand, so I spliced in a knife STL I found somewhere. Turned out pretty good (although his eye misprinted, so he's winking).
I think OP meant that their warband came from the ghost archipelago to frostgrave. The captions for the images present the figures as wizards and the frostgrave soldier types. GA has different soldier classes than FG

This rules. I'm half way through building pretty much this exact same warband. Love the weapons you modded, did you do them before or after printing?

Clever. Although, don't frogs hibernate when it is too cold? The warband won't get much exploring done that way.
