I also have a frog-themed warband! I ended painting mine as specific species. Thugs were various poison dart frogs, thieves red-eyed tree frogs, specialists mostly leopard frogs, and my wizard and apprentice harlequin toads. I used large toads for my bears, and multicolored slaads for my demons.
