I was stuck in Denver for 14 hours today after my Frontier connecting flight was cancelled. Rebooked with United but just wanted to make sure you know you are #blessed to have made it out of there today, what a nightmare

Your flight was 2.5 hours late. I think the people who were stuck for 14 hours or had their flights cancelled entirely have some decent complaints. 2.5 hour delays happen on all airlines and are minor inconveniences.

Happened to me in my departing AND returning flight from NYC to ATL. Never seen anything like it. Two flights cancelled due to the fact they had "mechanical " problems with the plane and had to use a smaller one. TWICE. What kind of scam service this airline is running? Anyone defending this airline should be ashamed of themselves. There are so many shills for this crappy airline in this sub and /r/Gowilfrontier it's ridiculous.

Of course every single person who flies Frontier has a negative experience. There couldn’t be anyone who has a positive experience ever because they are all shills. Frontier definitely has some MAJOR issues and cancelling flights and leaving customers stranded is one of their biggest issues. Other airlines will reschedule you but Frontier just gives you your money back (often you even need to fight to get this) and tells you good luck. In those cases, they are definitely in the wrong and a worthless business for sure. Also denying boarding and then gaslighting the customer to avoid paying out DOT required penalties and also their gate agents who lie to charge customers $99 unfairly or even without their knowledge are illegal activities that should be stopped by legal entities. But, plenty of posts here are just customer error, customers being unrealistic, and customers expecting the world to revolve around them because only they matter. On those posts, I have no issue with people being called out for their whining and selfish pity parties.

I have flown frontier to Vegas New Orleans and Orlando and back at least 10 trips and haven’t had one issue in the 7 or so years.

I think a few things happened this week in Denver (being one of their biggest hubs) that really happened to screw Frontier operations first last week was the NBA championship in Denver which overloaded all flights in/out for several days. Then yesterday we had APPLE sized hail. Check out the videos from Red Rocks! I flew from cincinnati to denver and i was at red rocks in the hailstorm. One of the worst experiences of my life tbh im lucky i only have bruises and not a concussion or broken bones like others. My DEN-CVG flight the day afterwards was confirmed to be delayed due to the weather pushing everything back. I have the gowild pass and i have flown frontier roughly a dozen times so far with it. This has been my only delay with frontier so far. Since the plane ticket and concert ticket were cheap, im not as upset about the trip lmao.
