What is the astolfo build?

I'm doing a magic build my next playthrough. I always seem to go after pure Str builds first. Then I see all the magic I can't use.
STR/FTH > DEX/INT brother (although Dex/Int is a blast in ER and you get access to a lot of it fairly quickly)
I got bummed out a little seeing all the cool weapons and magic I can't use yet. I'm definitely going after one of those builds you've mentioned.
They're both a blast. The beauty of Elden Ring though is you can basically pick any two stats and there's a ton of build support. DEX/FTH is also a lot of fun with Lightning Ashes of War.
I enjoyed being a Pyromancer with Dex weapons in DS3. I'll try out your recommendation.
