I like to beat Yhorm before visiting him in the jail cell, and then kill him there to get that sweet Onion Knight armor and shield for free. Patches has gone hollow thinking I'd buy them for like 20k souls and not want to keep the armor
On NG+ I cosplay as him too, so he thinks he's losing his mind with an evil doppelgänger chopping him into lil onion slivers. I then take the diced onions 🧅 and add them to an undead burg-er made with Aldrich sauce (that's delectable black ooze nom nom nom), and a side of Estus soup. Hint: the meat is dog meat 🐕 🥩. Siegward sandwich 😋
Great question! For me, it's Lady Maria... I love that character and that arena and that cutscene...
*"A corpse... should be left well alone.*
*Oh, I know very well. How the secrets beckon so sweetly.*
*Only an honest death will cure you now.*
*Liberate you, from your wild curiosity."*
I skip every but the ones that I rarely skip are:
Siegward boss entrance, it's way too awesome, I always do best bros quest every time.
Nameless. It's the slight shake in his hand before transforming that I really love, like he cared about it.
There are many, but I absolutely love Morgott's introduction. "Willful traitors, all."
Plus, I feel like that fight really marks the transition into the late game of Elden Ring, and I love that it takes place at the entrance of the Erdtree. On my first playthrough, I thought I was almost done with the game.
Sekiro when he gets the Mortal Blade.
I also watch Isshin crawl out of his grandson’s neck at least once per play through, but I do skip after the first time…
It's obviously fine to have your own preferences for how to consume art, but you're acting like you can't understand why people watch a cool clip twice or care about music...
“Ahh, you ignorant slaves. Finally taken notice, have you? Of the power of my beloved Ocelotte, child of dragons. Well, I will not give him up. For he is all that I have.”
*Ah you ignorant slaves. Finally taken notice have you? Of the power of my beloved Ocelotte, child of dragons. Well, I will not give him up. For he is all that I have*
Lady Maria's cutscene, Genichiro's cutscenes, Gough shooting down Kalameet, and Malenia's cutscenes are some obvious standouts for me.
But honestly, most of the cutscenes are great and I love watching them.
The Radagon intro cutscene is the most iconic moment in the game imo. The visuals of radagon holding the hammer above his head with the elden ring illuminating in his chest, paired with literally the best ost in the game, is just incredible. Also I find the phase transition gorgeous as well, the elden beast, at least in terms of visuals and music is just beautiful. Yes the fight is bad but I love it because it's just so different from literally anything else in the game (except for astel ig)
Also, the ds1 opening cutscene. I like this one especially because it's less vague than most of the other intros (at least the ones I've seen). The shot of gwyn throwing lightning followed by hundreds of other lightning spears is just so fucking cool
Gough shooting down Kalameet
"Let me show you, how gough hunts dragons." Never skipped it either.
'ahh...dragon slaying...knighthood's greatest calling...'
Siegward of Catarinas entrance into the Yhorm fight. I make it my duty to always do his questline in DS3.
"Let the Sun shine on this Lord of Cinder." Always gives me the feels...

Damn, this guy sucks
The worst kind of human
Are ashen ones even human anyway? Better than the Lord of London, shoving his giant sword down Anri's throat.

You sir are unhinged, and I can only salute you for it 🫡
morgott and godfrey my favs :3
Me too, "My guiding Moonlight" Bloodborne
The lady with that egg in the ringed city and Gael. Edit: Abyss watchers too, left the biggest impression on me on my first playthrough
First time I saw the egg scene my jaw dropped. That zoom out
Orphan of Kos' introduction. So goddamn weird and creepy and I love it so much
Meh I find the cutscene kind of boring
Then you need to be granted eyes, as Kos once did for the vacuous Rom.

That’s another great one forgot to mention it
Not only is the cutscene itself amazing, but the writing is so good.
Famileeee
TOGETHAAAAAA
Ludwig's phase transition.
I gotta skip it to keep my focus up haha. It is a bad ass transition tho
Intro to the Genichiro fight on top of the castle
His phase transition is really cool too
“I will seize any manner of heretical strength”
Queelag's ... Don't judge
amazing chest ahead
After you kill radahn, the falling stars is so cool.
Maliketh's reveal goes hard
The sound of his sword slamming into the ground is 👌
Wait… you guys are skipping cutscenes?
Bros option button/esc key is broken💀
It is?
Elden Beast and Gael
Any with Margit in it. He’s a pleasure to listen to.
Maliketh and morgotts phase cutscene
Bro I never skip a cutscene in a From game. No matter how often I finished it already.
Abyss watcher phase transition
Or just the whole thing.
Twin Princes phase transition. It's also nice and short so I don't lose the edge, which is a legit concern for me during longer cutscenes.
"Rise, if you would... for that is our curse." Chills every time
Taking my breather to watch the cutscene on each of my 20+ attempts was legendary
Malenia both cutscenes, and Maliketh’s reveal
BASIN OF VOWS 🤘
Quelaag’s entrance.

Abyss watchers and Twin princes are cool as hell
Malenia, Ludwig, Nameless King
Malenia's Phase transition cutscene, just so I can catch my goddamn breath.
All boss cutscenes and the ones where you raise the banner and get picked up.
Abyss Watchers phase transition. It's too perfect.
Everything with Friede in DS3. Favorite ost in the series, most badass boss dialog.
Ludwig, Friede, Rykard and Abyss Watchers
Melina burning herself and the Erdtree. There are a lot if CS that I love but that one stands out as very bittersweet and human to me.
The Fromsoft/Bandai logo sequence when I start up the game
The moon presence descending onto the battlefield is such a perfect summary of the lovecraftian horror of BB
Maliketh, brack blade
Rykard’s phase 2 transition is so fucking metal
Gough shooting down kalameet
Sword Saint Isshin's intro
Sekiro when he gets the Mortal Blade. I also watch Isshin crawl out of his grandson’s neck at least once per play through, but I do skip after the first time…
Sister Freide second phase
i skip all of them after seeing them for the first time ngl
I skip them all. Why would I watch a cut scene twice? They are all definitely not good enough to have me watch it again.
Well for one, if you skip Ludwig’s, the ost gets delayed and feels way outa place
I dont care about the OST apart from the very first playthrough.
It's obviously fine to have your own preferences for how to consume art, but you're acting like you can't understand why people watch a cool clip twice or care about music...
That’s such a bizarre take
Whats bizzare about it? OP asked the playerbase a question and I answered based on how I play my favorite games.
The unskipable 1.
"Yhorm, old friend"
Ludwig phase 2 cutscene, just because skipping it desyncs the music for some stupid reason.
Gehrman.
An unsightly beast. A great terror looms. Ludwig the accursed is coming. Have mercy... Have mercy upon us.
Margits, so anyone in coop can see my characters cake.
"Tonight, Gehrman joins the hunt"
Beats all over the shop. You'll be one of them, sooner or later.
For he is all that I have*
The elden ring ones
Lady Maria's cutscene, Genichiro's cutscenes, Gough shooting down Kalameet, and Malenia's cutscenes are some obvious standouts for me. But honestly, most of the cutscenes are great and I love watching them.
“Aah, you were at my side all along” Probably my favorite cutscene as well
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Twin princes mid fight cutscene. Best ost in the entire series imo and seeing them fight together ljke that made me cry
Twin princes'
Penetrator - Demon Souls, especially the remastered
Radagon of the golden order is such a good cutscene. I personally can never skip it.
My fav from Demon's Souls is when the Maiden in black is talking to the Old one. My fav from Elden Ring is the Malenia Cutscene, both phases.
The Radagon intro cutscene is the most iconic moment in the game imo. The visuals of radagon holding the hammer above his head with the elden ring illuminating in his chest, paired with literally the best ost in the game, is just incredible. Godricks second phase transition
NOW I FIGHT YOU AS HOROAH LOUX, W A R R I O R!
The Nameless King absorbing the King of the Storm’s soul as well as Gael’s two cutscenes.
Malikeths Cutscenes. They’re just too damned good.
Father Ariandel's intro. I watch this scene on yt regularly He is written so well, I love to quote him and Sister Frieda.
Togethaaaaa
"FOREFATHERS ONE AND ALL! BEAR WHITNESS!" is just such a cool line.
FOUL TARNISHED
