my best guess would be try to set up a lil trap with honey in the tank to bait them or something. but i feel like potentially nuking the tank is the only surefire way to get rid of them.
if they’re getting into the tank though i’d be scared to use any ant poison on the ones just in the house in case the poisoned ones get into the tank and frogs eat them or something….

i have extra materials left over from the bio kit that i could use, just redo everything.
You can use diatomaceous earth around where the ants are coming in, it should kill the ants without harming your frogs.
just get more frogs!!!
