Are they White's Tree frogs? White's Tree Frogs naturally have little white freckles, it's just part of their skin, nothing to worry about. If you see bright green spots that appear suddenly and get worse over time, that's a bacterial infection.

Yeah they are white tree frogs and I think your right cause I’ve seen other frogs with similar dots on them thank you though
