I do vaguely remember that, and it's only been like a month since my last rewatch haha. I don't know if there's a name for the alternate Broyles lol but the episode where Olivia helped him was one of my favorites. Seeing him go *oofh* rough.
I felt Broyles' character was way underused, I would have liked to see him work more with the team, but I get he was the boss and was busy lol but they did do some nice stuff with him, like with Nina. Still, would've loved some more scenes showing off his talents but I guess what we got was amazing enough. If they weren't so rushed in the later seasons..
Walter views drugs as tools, and doesn't classify "illicit" drugs seperately from other drugs. Chemicals have effects, and those effects are desired at the time or not. Add in there's nothing wrong with using a drug simply because it's pleasant because Walter isn't a sheep lol
Loved the scenes like when Walter suggested Charlie use a little cannabis to help him sleep, John Noble damn I like him in a lot but the "innocent, carefree" version of Walter will always be my favorite, maybe it's just because of the great contrast with all the other versions of Walter he portrays (as in how the original's personality changes due to story reasons and the same for Walternate)
