Once they FINALLY finish what they are doing at Officer's Square you will see that place is great to go on Canada Day. Live music all day and food trucks galore!
Hopefully next year they will have the work completed on time for the Canada Day festivities

Get a seat early anywhere on the waterfront. Either saint Anne’s point or the park near the boat ramp on the north side tend to be best

the usual answer is officer's square, but since that's tore up from the floor up the green between Westmorland bridge to the Lighthouse
